This 5 star part of my review is specifically for an employee that works there, not the actual food itself. I’d like to recognize “Vanity” that works there. I placed a mobile order about a week ago and I was greeted by the most friendly face. Vanity was very personable. She was so friendly and she made me feel like she truly cares about her customers. It’s not often that you see that in the customer service industry much anymore and I just wanted her efforts to be recognized. Thank you, Vanity for making my visit such an enjoyable one!
As far as the food goes, it leaves a lot to be desired. Almost every time, my order is not right in some way, about half the time it’s missing at least 1 item, and there’s hardly any meat on anything ever. The chalupas are also pretty subpar. With how much a chalupa costs, I would hope that it would at least be cooked- but it’s always soggy and barely cooked. And I get about a teaspoon of meat on anything I order. But, it’s close by and I can usually get a halfway decent deal on an online box- good thing cause that’s about all the food is worth with how skimpy the meat portions are.
Again, my 5 star review definitely goes for the customer service interaction that I had

Staff is always super friendly and a few weeks ago I forgot my wallet after a super long day... The cashier offered to pay with her own card and the manager ended up comping the meal...I went back after grabbing my wallet and gave the girl some cash for her kindness. :) (I think it was $40) karma comes around quicker than you think sometimes and I hope that encourages her to continue being kind and pay it forward when she has the chance. :) That was a VERY rough day for me and realizing I didn't have my wallet just made me want to burst into tears. :) Who knew that the kindness of a stranger could turn both of our nights around. 😄

2 stars, mainly because of the soda. The food typically tastes exactly how taco bell is supposed to taste. Minus the chalupa which keeps getting worse and worse. It's always dry and usually barely warm but the main issue is: Drinks. Why can't they get this right? I've lived in Prescott for a year and go to this location 1-4 times a month. Every single time there is an issue with their soda/ice machine. Week after week I keep expecting whoever it is that is in charge of the soda and ice machine to finally get it right. There have been multiple times that there was no ice from the machine and no ice from the machine at the drive through. In turn that makes the soda "warm" because the ice in the machine also chills the soda. But the main problem is the soda doesn't taste right It's either watered down or there's not enough carbonation. They never ever taste correct. Whoever is in charge of drinks either has issues with their taste buds or they don't actually test the machine to see what the different sodas taste like. One of the workers twice has seen the look on my face and offered to get me the Dr. Pepper from their drive thru machine and it is better but it's still not right. It's about 80% close. I think she actually knows the public machine is crap but doesn't have the authority to do anything or no one listens to her, who knows. Luckily there's a Circle K very close that I can get a perfect drink from. Maybe they should walk across the street to see how their machines work and taste so they can understand. There's really no point in providing drinks with the combo if the drinks suck. Please fix this. It's been a year. Maybe more.
Edited my review 6/10/24. I'm moving my star rating from 2 to 4.5. About a week after I complained about the drinks always being bad here someone must have read my review and they fixed it. They got it about 90% better that week. Now a month later the drinks are perfect. At least the Dr. Pepper.

The lady that I assume is the manager is demanding and rude to her employees and wouldn't let me get my door dash pickup order through the drive thru. I walked into the lobby to get it and she said "it's part of the job man". Lady I don't work for door dash and I too have people who work under me and would never dream about treating them the way you treat your employees/customers. I guess it goes to show how some people will treat others when they view them as "beneath" them

Taco Bell has lost a lot of the face to face connection between its customers and staff when they automated the ordering process. Couldn't here the guy call my name when my order was up and it ended up getting cold. Although he was happy to provide me with an additional order when i asked.
