I ordered my food and asked about a senior discount, and the lady at the window wouldn't acknowledge my question. She took my card and gave me my food, and walked away. Ugh, that is not customer service.

The last three times the French fries have been either half full or less then half full. Not ok for how expensive they are. Do better tacobell , stop scamming us

80% of staff is rude. Try to give them multiple chances but they always either get it wrong, forget sauces, or forget items. Very sad. Please hire better employees who actually have dignity and care about serving the right thing especially not forgetting items when people pay for them!

Workers were just talking and taking forever with my pickup, when I finally got it. It was cold. Watched them take 20 mins to make my 2 meals on a slow night with 5+ ppl working and no one in the building. Ridiculous
I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. Actually the worst, most cold and stale food I’ve ever had a day in my life. I would recommend eating out of a dumpster before you eat here.
