Every time something is stale, the tacos are sloppily thrown together, and when I ask for extra meat they never actually give me extra meat even though I payed for it. I’ve come through multiple times trying to give this location a chance but I guess the whole crew is lacking in one of the most simple jobs in the world. Extremely disappointed. I live right around the corner and I’ll still drive to Prescott valley before I come here again. The staff need to take freshness a little more seriously.

Wow what a difference from Phoenix Restaurants! Stopped in to this Taco Bell and had really good food and clean dining room. Our helper was Chris! Spot on very helpful, friendly and timing was great! Hot food… Yum! Thank you Chris for your awesome hospitality. We will be back when in Prescott

If you order doordash through this company beware they don't care about the customer Ive seen drivers waiting there for 10,20 minutes up to 40 minutes for an order while they whip out drive thru and in store orders. Even though you are paying more for your food you're order is low priority only to be made once they've made everyone else's order regardless of weather you placed your order first they don't care

I ordered my food and asked about a senior discount, and the lady at the window wouldn't acknowledge my question. She took my card and gave me my food, and walked away. Ugh, that is not customer service.
