This 5 star part of my review is specifically for an employee that works there, not the actual food itself. I’d like to recognize “Vanity” that works there. I placed a mobile order about a week ago and I was greeted by the most friendly face. Vanity was very personable. She was so friendly and she made me feel like she truly cares about her customers. It’s not often that you see that in the customer service industry much anymore and I just wanted her efforts to be recognized....

Staff is always super friendly and a few weeks ago I forgot my wallet after a super long day... The cashier offered to pay with her own card and the manager ended up comping the meal...I went back after grabbing my wallet and gave the girl some cash for her kindness. :) (I think it was $40) karma comes around quicker than you think sometimes and I hope that encourages her to continue being kind and pay it forward when she has the chance. :) That was a VERY rough day for me and...

2 stars, mainly because of the soda. The food typically tastes exactly how taco bell is supposed to taste. Minus the chalupa which keeps getting worse and worse. It's always dry and usually barely warm but the main issue is: Drinks. Why can't they get this right? I've lived in Prescott for a year and go to this location 1-4 times a month.
