genuinely i had to take a few months before i could write this review in fact the only reason i am low-key writing this is because of how are you kidding me this whole experience was. My boyfriend and i were doing doordash at this time to make extra money when we came in to pick up an order it was a pretty reasonable staff like 5/6 people and there wasn't a whole bunch of people there at all. after about 15 minutes i asked how the order was going and i was told there were “still working on it” mind you this was about 20-25 bucks worth of taco bell not a whole lot. the staff let a line build up while one girl just sat there flirting with the incompetent guy at the register. my frustration really came when i watched them serve everyone BUT us including those who came after for about 50 minutes before we started to tell them to hurry up and after 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting in a taco bell with people openly breaking saftey standards (1. bot washing hands after cross contamination 2 not wearing any gloves while cooking, 3 touching forehead sweat) we got to leave still to date i think about this taco bell and how genuinely insane what i heard from the staff was shout out to the one order girl who clearly was trying to keep up from everyones mistakes i hope you sleep well tn girl

food uncooked, 2 GRILLED burritos that were never even near a grill or stove top, tomatoes on our special taco that we only requested no tomatoes on, ordered large nacho fries, got small nacho fries, and stacker was also not even warmed up or cooked. Called to see if i could get help and was told i could get a free order tomorrow, and then they proceeded to hang up on me. Pretty awesome stuff

Taco bell prices have really gone up. I really love the seasoned fries when they have them. This particular store was clean and helpful workers.

Horrible! I live very close to the Willow Creek store in Prescott Arizona. MY order is always something very simple. It has been cold and greasy. Even grease on the out side of the bag they put my order in. To top it off they always ask me to round my order up for some fake education fund. I have to admit. agreed to it. To be honest . I have found nothing supporting education " as they say." In my community.

This is the last time I'm eating here.
Last time I ordered two cheesy double beef burritos with no sour cream or nacho cheese. Both burritos had sour cream and nacho cheese in them.
Today, I ordered the same thing with extra beef and add beans. It was all beans. There was maybe a pinch of beef and no rice.
The last order I can write off as a simple mistake, but today I got genuinely screwed over.
