Chincy ,damn near no meat in the tacos. Bean burritos are all tortilla and sauce,if the proper amount of beans were in them the sauce would probably be right. I eat at both in Prescott and the one in Chino. Makes it easy to see the manager in P V is inflating his numbers with no concern for the customer!! Didn't go there for a year because of that, went back and it was good again so I was duped into going again 2 weeks later and it was back to CHINCY TOWN, done for good now,been eating at that one for 40 years . New manager ruined it !!

This is sad every time me and my sister go here like around 8/8:30 we sent no les then 32 Dallas EVERY TIME and our food is made SLOPPY VERY SLOOPY. And tonight on 02/15/2024 around 8:08pm we went to get dinner and this is ONCE AGAIN our food was SLOOPY and the rica shells was crack . We are just got start driving to the Taco Bell on miller valley rd . Cause the food will be made better and not SLOOPY. I’m sorry but we are tired or go here . It’s close to our house but we do know that food won’t be SLOPPY .

One of the worst taco bells in the area. No service, they are so lazy, it's always dirty, and the food is almost always wrong, or they just didn't put any food in the containers, they make terrible food here. Sorry, but you guys need to step it up. I have gone twice in the last year, and I have been sorely disappointed both times, with no apology from the employees.

We have eaten here a few times. Walking in seemed slow as they were busy with drive throu. Went through drive throu today to see if it was quicker. Change part was 79 cents so we tried to give the guy 4 pennies so I can get a quarter back. He couldn't seem to understand why we were giving him four panties and said just 1. While trying to explain he said forget about it and gave us the change for a 20. He gave us four Nichols and a penny (when we wanted one quarter) and quickly shut the window. We made him open the window and asked to exchange 4 Nichols and 5 pennies for 1 quarter. He said he can't open the register and closed the window again. They really need to have someone that can do basic math and treat customers with respect. We are retired home builders and run a martial arts studio. We know the ins and outs of running a business and hiring/firing of employees. We would remove him from any register and keep a close eye on his performance.
I appreciate workers who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I try to be patient with workers that have a starter level job and don't yet have the skills to be polite while perhaps under some level of stress. But I do not enjoy an eating out experience where a worker communicates the customer is stupid (even if they might have a little evidence to support the claim!). It was an experience that led me to think, "Maybe robots should be doing this job!"No one likes an experience where they feel stupid.

The staff at this location are not very professional in the kitchen. They tend to talk loud which is easily heard in the dinning area. The freshness of the food is not as good as the Taco Bell locations.
