We ended up having dinner here and it was an amazing surprise! Waris was pur server and he was the best. His recommendations were great and he was very attentive. I had the chicken tikka masala and it was some of the best I have ever had. If you are in Prescott, stop in and enjoy some fantastic Indian food.

I've been to this restaurant a few times, mostly because the atmosphere is great inside. It is so beautifully decorated and it is a peaceful setting to have conversation when you go to dinner. The food, however, has not blown me away. I have eaten lots of Indian food before, and what they offer here is a bit bland in comparison. You can order it spicier, yes, but that does not make up for lack of flavor. It is a beautiful restaurant, and I can see myself coming back in the future, but I do wish they would add more spices to their curries and masala dishes to make the flavor more distinctive.

The food is more tailored to the western palate than Indian. The spices are very mild and the vegetable pieces were large.

Very bland food and expensive. My least favorite Indian food that I’ve tried.

Spent $55 for two people for the lunch buffet (water only) which is crazy. Never had Indian food before that lacked spice and flavor… Stay away from this place

We tried Taj Mahal Indian Cuisine in Prescott and had a pleasant experience overall. We ordered Onion Bhaji, Roti, Aloo Naan, Aloo Gobi, Matar Paneer, and Chai. The Onion Bhaji and Chai were pretty ordinary and didn’t stand out much. However, the entrées were excellent — fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The Aloo Gobi and Matar Paneer, in particular, were delicious and felt authentically made. A good spot in Prescott for tasty Indian curries and fresh food!
