We were in the restaurant to celebrate a 75th birthday which we made our server aware of. However nothing in the form of recognition of that ever happened. In fact our check was delivered prior to everyone finishing dinner. How very disappointing! I informed the manager on my way out and she offered a very tepid apology.

Wow the food was really good, the service outstanding. My one complaint is that it was super noisy. The wait was not so long. We got full on just the bread and the peanuts. We had Eliza, she was amazing!. lol

They were very busy and the restaurant needs more staff! One table of 3 sitting next to us had to wait 45 minutes for food. We had to wait 30 which is reasonable to me…we were seated in less than 15 minutes (party of two) Some folks had to wait a while for a table

It was busier than I thought it would be for a Wednesday night. The hostess had us seated in 10 minutes instead of the estimated 20. Our waitress Holly kept our drinks full and was quick with any request. Everyone we talked to had a great attitude. It went way better than I assumed it would when we walked in.

This is a big, loud restaurant, that attracts lots of families, including very young children, and large groups. My 8 oz. strip steak was perfectly cooked to order and quite flavorful. The extra-cost ($2,99) sauteed mushrooms added nicely to the flavor. Sides: Sweet potato and house salad also were good. My wife said the sauce on her salmon was too oily. Service by Nikki was wonderful--friendly, personal, efficient. But it lost a star because the noise level was so high that my ears are still ringing. I understand that shrieking and rowdiness are part of the expected ambiance here, but it was too much for us,

This place has really gone downhill. It used to be one of our favorite places to go and was always great service, food etc. But we went there last night for our 30th anniversary and it was anything but special. Thankfully the company, my husband, was great but nothing else was. We felt invisible and might as well have been. It was a Tuesday night and no one was waiting in front of us. But we waited several minutes to be seated while more than a half dozen workers stood around or walked past us several times. There were many empty tables and maybe they are short staffed with waiters/waitresses, but there were sure a lot of workers who didn't seem busy. Once we were finally seated it was another 10 minutes before anyone even said hello or came by to check on us. The food was okay but honestly we would have been just as happy to have gone to any fast food place after the way we were treated. They did give us our appetizer free for the wait but we actually had a coupon for it to be free anyway. We will never be back at this establishment. There are just too many good places who actually care about there customers and want business to waste our time and money here.
Our server Nathan was amazing. He was helpful in our selections, explained our menu selections. Brought refills without being promotes. He was an absolutely delight and made our afternoon! Thank you

We ordered food to go for Valentine’s Day, we both ordered our steaks medium & medium rare, and they came out very rare. Service was great, but we didn’t cut into steaks until we were home. Disappointing to say the least.
