We came in as a large group and were forced to wait another additional 30 minutes past our time.l of 7:30. Not a huge deal. But while waiting they called 10+ groups of 5 or more. Then when we finally got sat, they had us split into 2 tables regardless, 15 ft apart from each other.
Our server did the best she could but was clearly overwhelmed and should have had more help for her area. Unfortunately for her, there were 5 workers up front standing around as opposed to actual helping guests.
When we all got our salads, every single one was a difference size. Some nearly empty and others overflowing. We received our main courses ofer an hour after sitting down. 4 people in our group had cuts that were ordered medium-rare and showed up blue rare. Only 1 sent it back. At this point it was nearly 9:30 and the majority wanted to leave. Ordering a baked potato “loaded” also was a major let down. Specifically there were 8 individual bacon bits, maybe a tablespoon of cheese, and a teaspoon of sour cream.
While I can understand being busy, it’s also a Saturday night for an establishment known for their lively environment and steak. You would imagine they would know how to handle a busy evening and cooking a proper cut of meat.

Today I’m reviewing because my husband and I frequent this establishment. The last three orders we picked up were incomplete. It’s a missing dressing, missing sides, always something. Since we choose pickup it’s frustrating to get home and find it’s not correct. Just a heads up if you choose pickup

Always love Texas Roadhouse. Thus is our first time in this Prescott location. Very nice friendly staff, Ruth Ann was our waitress and very attentive to us. The bread was exceptional, freshly baked and served with cinnamon whipped butter. Absolutely loved it. The cactus or onion blossom was a bit salty. I ordered salmon with seasoned rice and fresh vegetables and was compounded by the salt seasoning in each dish. It was too much. My husband loves his ribeye, but the usual...we ordered more than we can eat. Overall, love the restaurant.

Me and my Family had a great time today, our food was great the restaurant was feeling good but overall our service shined above all. Holly was our server for the day and she was amazing. She was attentive, didn't mind the constant requests, and smiled and laughed along with us. She has been the best Server I've ever had in my life so far. So just know if Holly is your server you'll have a great time.

Food was amazing, and the service was above and beyond. Our server Patrick was the kindest and most attentive I’ve ever seen. Even with easily a 15+ top he handled us and his other tables so well and was always on top of our refills, bread, etc… 10/10

My steak was over cooked and dry. Ordered med well with a bit of pink. It was absolutely well done. My potatoe was ordered as loaded and hardly had any of the xtra in it. Had to get more butter just to choke it down. Which I left most of it. The best was the salad and the rolls. Our server was pretty efficient and cordial. Will I come back to this one- probably not.
We had a great lunch or early dinner today. I had a half rack with a cup of chili side, my wife had BBQ chicken sandwich our friends has catfish filet all meals were more than enough to hold you over for the remainder of the day. The menu has a great variety of meals to choose from. Have fun and don't eat to much lol
