Have ordered from DoorDash delivery and picked up as well. Burgers have always been hot and fresh, actually some of the best burgers we've had here in Prescott (beats Bill's and Brown Bag). Staff were incredibly friendly at pick up as well.

Holly sat and took care of us immediately. She even became our server. Our orders came hot and reasonably quickly. Holly checked on us often and even encouraged us when one of our party hadn’t shown up and we became worried. We come to the Gail Gardner location often. We are always happy with the service but Holly is the best. She’s a keeper.
