The pistachio muffin here was absolutely to die for, and the macaroons weren't bad either. The veggie sandwich was nice and fresh, and the view over the road was nice. Overall, it was a great little lunch spot. Food came out quickly, and the server was friendly. It was nice shopping downstairs at the store after lunch too.

FANTASTIC FOOD AND DRINK!!!! Just a heads up….. So this first review was from about two years ago I recently went back to the county seat and to be quite honest it was not anywhere near as good as it was two years ago 😟they can’t seem to keep staff. The sandwiches were so so and the drinks were really substandard compared to what they were two years ago. I won’t go back. PS my daughter’s drink had three ants in it, and the guy didn’t even comp the drink when he replaced it. and that would’ve just been common sense🤷♀️

Took over an hour for breakfast, not complicated meals either, basic and still took that long. Food was nothing special either, I think you expect something amazing after waiting so long, but no - very bland. We used to go quite often despite it being over-priced but service has gotten worse and they removed the hummus plate which was one of our favorites, so not sure we'll go back.

Had been on my computer (taking a quiz) less than an hour before being heckled to buy something... This is after my going there several times over the past couple of weeks and buying stuff every time. But because I hadn't IMMEDIATELY gone to the counter first (the first time waiting, because I wanted to wait till lunch to eat that day), they decided it was appropriate to lecture me on buying something if I'm going to hang out there.
If this is how they are going to treat locals who want to hang out there, the new owners will probably be the old owners pretty soon.
This place had always been a chill place to hang out. If the new owners want to keep it successful, it's in their best interest to keep it that way. But because there's several places I can hang out all day an not be heckled like this, I'll probably opt to go someplace else.

The Margarita Flatbread was delicious. Very soft bread that tastes like it just came out of the oven, versus a normal firm and crunchy pizza crust. The Tangerine tea was a nice complement to the flatbread. The County Seat has a great view of the Courthouse Square here in downtown Prescott. Between the cashiers & waitresses I’ve met here, they are always friendly and helpful with the menu.

My husband, daughter and i were there this afternoon, first time for me and second for them. I wanted to try it because they said it was really goodb but for me it was disappointing. I ordered the Tony’s Reuben and it was a disaster from the beginning. It looked pretty good when the plate hit the table, but as soon as i picked up the sandwich it was a soggy mess and started falling apart. I couldn’t even eat the bread because it was so soggy instead of being toasted that i took off the meat, scraped off what cheese and sauerkraut i could and ate it that way. I usually like reubens, but I wouldn’t eat it there again. The Ranchers Reuben at Farm Provisions is a lot better.

It's on the second floor above Spice Traveler. Enjoy some shopping and then head upstairs, or elevator, to enjoy a bite and a cocktail at The County Seat. They've got sandwiches, salads, and breakfast options.

You place your order with a cashier and sit down, food service is extremely slow, our friends who order after us received their food 10 minutes before we did. Food choice was good, quality good, taste good…but really expensive for what you get, 2 sandwiches and 1 Arnold Palmer $40 no chips or side included. Seriously expensive, plus “how much would you like to include for tip” with 18% being lowest amount custom amount wasn’t an option. If I have to wait in line and refill my own water a small tip is really all I feel is warranted. Overall, good food but slow service and high prices, I don’t think they won’t last.

if you plan on eating here make sure to clear your day because that’s how long you’ll be waiting, we waited 50 min. and make sure to bring your own stove because your bacon will be raw. we waited nearly an hour for burnt pancakes and raw food and on top of that they ask for a tip and can’t even bring you silverware. but that’s not all! we ordered scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and they gave us a omelette with pepper jack?? ? waste of $50, come here if you have money to waste and wanna have your day ruined👍🏽👍🏽

This is a large, open space with high ceilings, and the music is really loud. If you're looking for a place in which to share conversation as well as a meal, I'd give this a miss.
