I think we are all witnessing the downfall of third shot. I have been a constant well paying customer at third shot for about a year now but that’s ending. When I started to go here the service was great, the staff and management was so amazing and kind and the drinks were fantastic. But for the past few months it has taken a turn for the worst, and I think this is due to the new management as I had heard they previous owner had sold the company. They’re constantly out of stock of items like milk, fruit and even coffee. AT A COFFEE SHOP. All of the employees seem miserable and I can’t even blame them. If I had to deal with management who wouldn’t even keep essential products in stock I wouldn’t be too chipper either. This is causing a huge decline in service and quality of food as there are times where the poor baristas are unable to make nearly half the menu. All I can say is this place needs to either get their act together or get a new owner and management all together. Otherwise this place is going to fall to pieces more than it already is

Extremely sad having to post this. Third shot has turned into a joke of an establishment with a manager who handles things with nothing but anger and immaturity. I would like to inform everyone 90% of the things you are told here are lies. They serve decaf espresso most weeks due to never having regular espresso in stock WHICH they don’t tell paying customers. An entire team that can’t communicate, tells everyone 50 different things and violates 90% of heath code. Employees are paid far under minimum wage and treated with zero respect. Not to mention the mouse problem in the breakfast kitchen…I will stop here as it is too tiring to type out everything just please take your business elsewhere.

Heard good things but it was a huge disappointment. Went in at 230ish, they were out of acai so we went with smoothies, we got three and all three went into the trash, they were gross. I don't know that I've ever thrown out a smoothie..

Big barn of a place with no customers or character. Brew of the day was finished at 1:30 and no alternative offered. Americana (please leave room for milk) was filled to the brim and was weak and flavorless. Poor selection of pastries that all look supermarket-bought. Won't be back
