I purchased my parents tickets to a tasting for the beginning of July. When they showed up, they were closed with no warning. Both phone numbers were disconnected and I emailed with no reply. When I issued a charge back, my bank deemed ME at fault and I couldn't get my money back. Save yourself the money - this place sucks. I see from other reviews that they have "closed" with no warning. What a joke.

Sorry to say they closed with no explanation. My husband invested in their last crowdfunding because we loved their products and believed in Jim and Dana. We are so disappointed that they didn't communicate with their investors as to what was going on. They have disappeared without a trace.

We really wanted to sample there whiskey on our trip to Prescott but no one was around. Google and website said they were open, went to the front door and it was locked. No signage saying there hours or that they would be closed. Tried calling several times and call was disconnected after a few rings. Very disappointed as this was one of our highlights to do on our trip.If you do want to visit you will want to call verify if they are even open, if they don’t answer assume they are closed and don’t waste your time.

Super disappointed-they said they were open at noon on June 18. CLOSED.

Closed? Emailed about a tour, and never got a response. Drove by today, no cars. Called the number and it's no longer in service. Sad :(

I drove from Sedona to try this place. I got there and it was closed, looks like hasn’t been open for a while. I called and it seems as if the phone is disconnected.

Made an appointment for 3 pm for a tour of the distillery. Drove all the way from Phoenix and booked a hotel to stay in after. We arrived at 230 for a tour and the whole place was empty. Waited 30 minutes till 3. We called multiple numbers multiple times, even emailing the person we had contact with. Never received any response.I even had a local bar owner try to contact them from a pub.Horrible experience and waste of time.

This was such a fun experience and tour. The owners were so nice and their passion for what they do is contagious. We enjoyed some wonderful cocktails while waiting for our tour to begin and we all enjoyed our tasting. I came home with the cowboy vodka and lemon vodka!

We did the tour and sampling off a groupon we found, and you have to make a reservation for the tour. They are closed mon-thursday, and we were never able to get them on the phone but were able to get a speedy response through email. The tour was a bit awkward.. we didn't know if we should sit or stand as you're in the middle of the room with other patrons sitting around you. The owner who gave the tour was very informative, and I wish I had something in my life I was that passionate about. You can tell he really loves what he creates, and he's very proud of his work. My mother must have offended him at some point because he snapped at her for asking if they made beer as well, not knowing it wasn't also a brewery. (I surprised her with the tour) The staff were a bit abrasive, and the lack of service in general was off-putting. We had to approach the bartender for service after sitting there for 10 minutes and to pay our bill. We only interacted with her those two times. The dog stole the show and our heart, though. He was friendly and so cuddly.

Just went to have a tour that was given as a gift. It was really nice we went during a quiet time. We really got the personal attention. Your husbands will love it if they are whiskey drinkers. We had a taste of 7 different item. Included vodka gin and whiskey. Eric was a tour person he was great. The insight on taste and how to drink from him was good. It was a nice afternoon to spend with a friend

The party was fun. Cheekbones are the best band in Prescott. Our Ginger Bakers cocktails could not be better. Friendly and prompt service. All in all, a terrific pre holiday event.

They got a lot of things right, but there is room for improvement. Friendly, chill atmosphere with live music. The spirits could use less sweetness all around, but the flavors were there. I’m not a distiller or anything, I just taste a lot and have my preference. The cocktail menu has a decent balance of styles… our cocktails were too sweet and we couldn’t finish them. This is the best place for improvement… Jerry Thomas’s bartenders guide covers the balance booze, acid, sweet, and bitter… losing the speed pourers for some jiggers… fresh pressed juice, etc. Though it all depends upon if they are going for a craft cocktail that accentuates their spirts or a general bar hangout.

Wonderful experience! The liquors are unique and very tasty. The staff was very knowledgeable, eager to share their products and happy to have us join them. Highly recommend supporting this local business. We will definitely be back!

Just a whole lot of fun to be had. Enjoyed seeing and hearing about the process of making their amazing tasting, award winning spirits. This is a “must do” if you are in Prescott!
