Staying at the hotel and decided to go to the bar to order a drink, and I was asked to show ID. After showing my NJ state ID (I am well over 21) the waitress and manager refused to accept it and after telling them I can show other form of ID if needed they refused. No reasoning at all! Absolutely outrageous that this was the kind of service I received especially staying at the hotel!! Really bad customer service!

Went here for lunch. It was really good. Great service. No wait on a Tuesday afternoon.

We stopped in for their Sunday Brunch. For the price of $28 it was a good deal. The buffet had both breakfast items and lunch items. This included roast pork loin, eggs, biscuits and gravy, carved prime rib and ham, and fresh omelets. On the chilled sides were fresh fruit, salad, shrimp and an assortment of desserts. Both the wait staff and kitchen staff were engaging and friendly. Definitely worth the money, we’ll be back.

Staying for the weekend to get some business items in order and decided to walk down here and look at the old train depot. Very nice hotel, and the bar and restaurant are really amazing. Short walk to whiskey row. Would highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: Playground and stream just outside. Outside patio looks amazing for spring - fall dining or drinks.

If you love paying Hilton prices for middle school cafeteria food, this is the place. Everyone in my party was shocked at just how bad the food was. So expensive! Very disappointed. Even the wait staff know that the food is terrible. They dropped it off and disappeared. They knew better than to ask us how the food was. Waste of money and time.

Although the salmon was a little dry, Craig made up for ot and did everything he could to make up for it. Will definitely try it again.

I’ve lived in Prescott for 20 years and this is by far the worst food I’ve ever had here, and possibly anyway. Did they just completely botch all of our orders or is this normal here?Veggies were frozen yet undercooked, rubbery and awful, salmon over cooked and dry as a bone, flavorless and cold, COLD herb rice”, and all of my families dishes were the same.My sisters mashed potatoes were no doubt powdered potatoes that tasted expired, absolutely every item on our plates was a disgrace and the service was a joke, they asked us how the food was and I said “meh” and he responded with “fair enough” and walked away, that’s it.Fortunately my family and I have great senses of humor so we laughed about how awful everything including the service was and went on our way to a better place to have dessert.This establishment should be ashamed of itself for serving us this cold, slop.

Very courteous staff, clean and comfortable atmosphere, and went over and above to tailor my order.

I really love the food here. I typically wouldn't do a review on a "Hilton restaurant" but Triple Creek is fabulous. I truly have enjoyed each dish I've had here. Bison meatloaf is amazing. The brunch buffet is high quality. Their Chili is very flavorful. The drinks are anything but ordinary. Give this place a try!

We had taken friends here and enjoyed the food and atmosphere outside, but the last 2 times we met friends here, the food was really poor, as was the service..and when we chatted with the manager after, they were not apologetic nor did they take any responsibility for either food or service ?

We too had a bad experience there today. The sides were barely warm. Drinks were expensive. The turkey looked like it had been run over by a truck. We were told we could make a container of food to take home. They said no way, no food to go allowed Now I'm sitting at home wanting seconds and we're down $200 with drinks. Bullshit! We learned our lesson. Never againPS: my wife was sick to her stomach all night with diarrhea

I've never had a bad meal here. We stay at this Hilton whenever we are in town. The employees are fantastic. The service is great and the food is excellent. Worth when they do the buffet as well. We've had Breakfast and lunch here so far.

Respectfully, your Sunday brunch is not worth $28 per person, especially if you're not someone who drinks alcohol.

dined there twice; once ordered a Reuben .... it came without the sourkraut; they corrected and adjusted price, but that just should not happen with a good restaurant, very basic.; food on both occasions middling, not worth the price in my book; staff friendly though; atmosphere on the loud side and lacks 'intimacy' for a small group get together;
