So I understand staff at Wendy’s can not take anything back. But the staff did not put the coffee lid on all the way when I was in the drive through and the coffee spilled on my hand and the coffee burned my hand and the staff wouldn’t even hold it for me so I can get the hot coffee off my hand. And now my hand looks like this.

Ever since the new worker, Lacey , things have been better customer service wise and the restaurant feeling.
More attention to better service is what I feel every time I've been there and less loitering than before

Visiting from out of state and this was hands down the best experience at a Wendy’s location. Everyone was helpful and courteous, and had large print menus available right away to assist an elderly guest. The food was fresh and hot. I’d rate ten stars if I could!

I went on a Friday night. I ordered a large chili, a jr bacon meal and another jr bacon cheese burger and a brownie frosty also I had a keytag for a mini frosty so I got one. When I got to the window the cashier didnt give me the right amount of change so I told him he owes me a dollar. Then when I got my food they didnt give me my nuggets and fries so I told them they still owe me nuggets and fries. There were two servers that slammed the window shut on me after that and I didnt get the extra bacon that I paid for. Two of the staff the blond girl and Devon who says he is the manager were very unproffessional and since they slammed the window shut on me I went home and called to complain and of coarse he was very rude and told me if I didnt like that place then I shouldnt go there. I feel the staff was being prejudist.

The employees are always gathered in the back or outside smoking. As a doordash and UberEats driver I've always got to wait excessive amounts of time even tho the customer ordered and paid ahead of time. Most employees there seem to not care. The man who appears to be a night manager wears his jeans below his butt and is disgusting. I'll never eat there. You'd think Wendy's would do better and if it's a franchise, they need to step it up or get new help

The employees attitudes SUCK. They cannot handle lunch rush. Mary, the oldest one and the manager? Shift lead? Whatever she is, her attitude and tone are piss poor. I worked fast food for many years, and I can tell she makes that place miserable. My order was wrong, no receipt. It's crazy how all of them are just bad in their own way. None of this will change anything, I know that. Just a forewarning for others.

When first opened was excellent food and service. Owner often around, along with staff of long standing. They are gone and misfits run the place pretty much into the ground. Quite strange. I have moved on
