Was here for 2 hours waited for our tea for 1 hour and it came wrong and I waited 10 mins with my pho in front of me with no utensils.. asked for some utensils and the poor young boy was so stressed and over worked being they are ALWAYS so short staffed. I tried being kind but had to get stern when asking for my fork for the 3rd time. Staff your store so unfair for them and your customers. 2 hours waisted + not even satisfied which sucks because the food is usually worth it.
I want to add this server was very respectful but forgetful.

Poor management and I don’t think they are fairly paying there employees. Never have a manager on site. They don’t answer there phones. Employees are kept in the dark about management. There meats over cooks and stir fry is dry.

This place was great! The food came in large portions and it tasted amazing. The service was a little bit slow but we did go in during the middle of dinner time and it wasn't a problem at all. The staff there were all very nice and we had a good time!

My first experience and it went well! I had a little of an issue with ordering but understood the menu after a bit of time. I ordered their ramen and it was great, though as I've never used chopsticks I did have a slight issue but don't worry you can ask for a fork or if you plan on eating here be prepared to carry a fork with you unless your good with chopsticks.

My favorite sushi place closed and came here to try it. Place was gross on many levels. My pot stickers were dry, sushi was so so gross I spit it out, our food was not served at the same time my bf waited 10 more minutes for his than mine and he said it toasted weird too, table was dirty along with all the things on the table, some sauce that was on the table was hard, our glasses were dirty and the music was so loud. We left the food on the table and left
Me and my boyfriend stopped by yesterday for dinner, I really wanted a hot bowl of ramen soup on a cold fall day after having a really long day of work for both of us. I have eaten here before and have always had a pleasant experience but this one was so bad I had to leave a review. We get seated and there are quite a few tables here already, maybe 5- the music is on pretty loud, but the tv is on with sound really loud too. I am neurodivergent and this was very over stimulating because i couldnt even really have a conversation with my boyfriend. Mind you- it was really cold this night, they had both doors open and they had seated us right next to an open door, I did ask if we could have one of the doors closed, and the ONLY server that was working did close it. They have signs up that they apologize for being shorted staffed and we did not get our order taken for 10 minutes after we sat down, which wasn’t a big deal at first but i got pretty irritated with not only being so over stimulated with all of the noise but I’m not sure if this is the manager or what but a gentleman in the sushi bar was screaming at the tv watching the baseball game, i couldn’t understand what he was screaming about, but my boyfriend said he was cussing at the game. So after deciding what to order our server did come by, he was very sweet and looked to be very young so i could tell he was working his hardest to serve and help buss tables. I am Disappointed in the fact that the man behind the sushi bar was so fixated on watching tv that he couldn’t help with the tables or help our server. We did order edamame, and i was So disappointed again because they tasted microwaved, they were so hot but yet so undercooked, we didn’t have more than a couple- i wouldnt Have eaten really any, but i was so hungry from working all day i didnt Care. Then i got my food pretty fast after ordering, i got the miso seafood ramen and my boyfriend got a poke bowl. I get my ramen like 7 minutes before him- which is odd because his dish is cold, anyways my soup was luke warm and all of the seafood in it so tasted old i couldn’t eat more than a couple bites, my boyfriend took one good first bite out of his dish and he could barely swallow his food, he had me try it and i couldnt Even swallow it was so bad. Me nor my boyfriend are picky eaters and this was a first where we both really didn’t like our dishes. I paid For our food because i felt bad to send it back but i will Not be coming back to this establishment. It has really come downhill since it opened which has made me really sad. Please do better, i understand people working hard and you are there all day but people come to pay their hard earned money for an experience, and this was a really bad one for us.

The atmosphere was pretty nice, and this particular night the service was not the greatest, but, it wasn't the worst. It could have just been a rough night for the wait staff. The food that I had was really good. I tried the baked salmon fried rice as well as the Las Vegas rolls. It was delicious. So much so that I came back the next week and got the exact same thing for takeout.
