The tonkestu chicken ramen was Amazing! Im very picky and special ordered my bowl and they made it perfectly! The noodles were delicous, the broth was tasty and the chicken was tasty. Our waiter was also attentive and great. 10/10 experience!

Was here for 2 hours waited for our tea for 1 hour and it came wrong and I waited 10 mins with my pho in front of me with no utensils.. asked for some utensils and the poor young boy was so stressed and over worked being they are ALWAYS so short staffed. I tried being kind but had to get stern when asking for my fork for the 3rd time. Staff your store so unfair for them and your customers. 2 hours waisted + not even satisfied which sucks because the food is usually worth it.
I want to add this server was very respectful but forgetful.

Poor management and I don’t think they are fairly paying there employees. Never have a manager on site. They don’t answer there phones. Employees are kept in the dark about management. There meats over cooks and stir fry is dry.
