Drive-thru recommended. When we went inside it was so dirty I hesitated to eat there. Walls were visibly dirty, all open tables had crumbs & debris on them, a fresh paint job was desperately needed, chairs in disarray, etc. We ate in our car.

My husband and I we’re halfway through our drive back home from CA and we stopped here for some food. The Carl’s Jr we have at home in Queen Creek does not even compare to this one. Kayla was the one who took my order and she was so kind, even complimented one of my tattoos. While we were waiting for our order to be taken a kind young gentleman (I didn’t catch his name but he had curly hair) let us know they’d be with us shortly, I’m so appreciative of the fact that he acknowledged us rather than ignored us! The food came out quickly and fresh, the lobby was very clean. This will definitely be our new roadtrip go-to spot!

Restaurant closed before advertised closing time. Went there 10:48 and was already closed. Terrible Service.
I order a Diablo burger double with jalapeño poppers a nine piece and a five piece chicken tenders waited over 40 minutes and I’m a truck driver on time and on schedule I didn’t had to go back in with my order for them to remake the burger. They messed up American cheese, not the white cheese only to rush out with the order that they fix and I drive off and it’s the same mess. They put white pepper jack cheese in the burger that the chicken tenders that gave me freshly order. There was no compensation. There was no apology just frustration and irritated by. They were very unprofessional and unfriendly not getting my money at this location ever againattempted to contact customer service, but there was no information on the receipt that was provided. I attempted to call the store three times and there was no answer assuming they knew what they did intentionally.
