MALT. I like Malteds! Rather a rarity these days! This DQ and the one I've visited in WI had it too. I stopped at a truck stop once more than a year ago that showed it on the menu. And by golly they made me one without "batting an eyelash". From then on I made the extra stop at DQ instead of a shake @ fast food joints! (Try their chicken sandwich @ full menu DQ's, You will be impressed!) Update: My luck, now under construction!
These folks that work here (and subway) are the best. I have always gotten what I ordered, even the tricky orders. I tried to leave a tip today and found out they can't accept them, so awful. I was so sad, they really deserve some accolades for always getting it right!
DQ in a truck stop in the middle of the desert, what is not to love. When driving threw (frequent) I always try to stop for a banana split especially in the summer. (118 in the shade (NO shade) go inside and relax).
