Worst experience at a fast food place. The worker handing us our food made me write my first negative review ever.
When we pulled up to the window, the worker was wiping her mouth with her hand, did not wash her hands and just cared about getting our order ready. THEN, she coughed into her hand and proceeded to hand us our food bag.
This worker needs a food handling retraining course. Should not be handling food.

First time ever that I paid more than $30 for breakfast because the order was wrong additional burritos, hashbrowns and sausage mcmuffins I wonder if they charge extra for scrambled eggs instead of the normal way.

I drive a 18 wheeler and try to get food after 12, the lobby was close but the drive thru was open. I'm sure that you' ve notice a 18 wheeler don't fit in your drive thru. The people that was working that night wouldn't let me order from the drive thru window after I explained I drive a 18 wheeler.

Dirty… The employees were fighting and yelling at each others. Every order that came out was wrong. Several people came in from the drive through with wrong orders and missing food. Complete disaster! My food was cold and soggy. My daughter ordered McFlurry’s and didn’t get them because it was taking way too long long.

Horribly rude to me, accused me of being a beggar after I had paid for my meal. I was afraid to eat the food, who knows what these hostile goons might have put in it. Never going back. Don’t go here.

Food is most expensive McDonald’s in the United States. And the food is thrown together like you still paying low prices. Example is, Big Mac is near 9 dollars. Quarter pounder with cheese is over 9 dollars. Use the app they say. You can get chicken nuggets for a dollar. Whoopee, it don’t help if you got several people you are feeding.
Update: today went to the inner drive thru, had the automated thing about using the app. I’m like yeah I’m using the app and give them my code. I hear no response…..I wait about 20-15 seconds and I repeat I have a code and give it to them. No response…. I wait what seems like 30 seconds or so, and I say HELLOOOO!!??!!! I get a response, which was them asking if I had an order in. I’m like yeah off the app and gave the code again. No response again……. By the time my mobile order was recognized when i was spoken to was about ten minutes. The other lane of the drive thru had 5 cars go thru during that time. And the drive thru lady had the gaul to tell me I wasn’t exiting a long time because her thing had just gone off indicating someone was there.
Again they are over priced, have a shitty attitude to go along with bad service.
I was willing to let things slide, but this has been building up since my last review. It’s just time after time it seems they don’t care at all. I would give zero if there were such a rating. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, and I have been to them around the country and the world. This stuff just irked me to no end today.

The prices are absurd! I can’t believe they get away with charging $12 for 2 cheeseburgers (that are usually on the dollar menu), $11 for 6 piece chicken nuggets, $15 for 2 medium fries, and $10 for a Big Mac.

I'm not sure about this pricing thing, but it's close to $10 for a not so good chicken breast sandwich in Quartzsite Az. Can't afford to eat here anymore.
Prices are ridiculous. 4 people $77. We ordered breakfast. The Carl's Jr down the street last time we spent about $55 and we ordered burgers, fries, and drinks. That was our first and last time coming here. $77 for McDonald's food. Not worth it. Rather pay that at a decent restaurant with great and delicious breakfast.

Yesterday I stopped here to buy 2 regular hamburgers. I was told the total was $11.08 or something near that amount. I later saw they charged my credit card $12.59. I called the store and the “Manager” said they were $5.08 each, so with tax that sounded right to her. When I explained that works be a tax rate of about 25 percent, so that couldn’t be right. She then said u could come by and get a “free” pie. When I told her it wouldn’t be free as I had been over charged by about $1.50. I know it is only $1.50, but I will never stop there again in my travels from AZ to CA. Avoid this place.
