Front service person was nice but very, very slow getting food. It was not busy at all. I could see two of the back workers on their cell phones. Also you CAN NOT get your own drinks, napkins or ketchup at this location.

Traveling from Arizona back home to California this is the worst McDonald’s to stop at they made me wait over 20 min for 2 mc chickens and 8 nuggets if your kids are hungry this place is the worse the guy on the window I asked for a large frappe he said there is no large frappes i said what it’s on your menu I had a reward I wanted to use I canceled it because he couldn’t input a large frappe once I get to the window just dumb

Susan you are a gem and a sweetheart. Thank you for being so courteous and kind to us while we struggled with the mcdonald app. We need more patient and knowledgeable people like you in this industry.

$8.99 for a Bacon cheese McGriddle! Most expensive I’ve ever paid by FAR! Also I ordered and paid thru the app but it didn’t show up inside. Manager said the app was down so I had to reorder and pay inside. Later I see the order and payment went thru for the app order. Now I have to go thru disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Clean store and friendly staff. I went inside to buy a soft ice cream but they didn't have self serve drink station. But they were friendly and gave me a large cup with iced water to go at no charge.

Don’t come here. 80% of staff is unprofessional. (Night Shift) Took 15 min to get my order while the place was empty. The spicy chicken was hard. It more than likely was sitting for a long time and they just reheated it. The McNuggets were cold. WACK!!!

Got a big mac . It was what I remembered. So much bread couldn't hardley taste the meat.
I am duly impressed by the incredible service attitude of a fairly new employee named Susan, who is @ the cash register this busy Sunday morning. Honestly, I'm getting exhausted just watching her, efficiently taking orders, and then quickly going to different tables to check on folks, and to wipe any used table tops. With employees like Susan, McDonald's could take over the world! She needs to train all servers everywhere, as we just don't see this level of care very often. Shelly, the manager, is doing a great job, as well. Conscientious and pleasant!

We went to the Drive thru and I forgot to add my Free frys Friday on the APP and wanted to add them to my order at the Window. The Window person taking payment/ handing out the order asked the Manager if something could be added and she literally YELLED NO TO THE EMPLOYEE AND IM GUESSING MYSELF TO THAT NOTHING COULD ME MODIFIED. Im okay with that but she DID NOT have to yell at the Employee, the woman looked like it was her first days working. My order was correct and food was hot but very rude Manager. She was a black order lady with Grey salt and pepper braids/dreads . 8/29/25 around 9 pm

This was the nastiest McDonalds we have ever been to. I wish I would have taken pictures. To start when we walked in there were customers everywhere & no staff to be seen. A manager then walked out to take food to a car outside & when she came back another customer tried to get her attention 3 times & she ignored him, walked past everyone standing there waiting & walked to the back. When we were finally able to get to a kiosk to place our order, there were no table numbers so we had to get one off of an empty table. We placed our order & waited about 15 mins for 2 meals. The kid who brought our food said, “ I dropped one of the sodas over there (pointed to the register area), I’ll get a new one & bring it back”. No problem, things happen. We start sorting our food only to realize it wasn’t hot, there are no straws, no napkins & no sauce for nuggets. Waited 5 mins & the drink never came back. My husband walked to the counter, had to step over the spilled drink & saw the kid in the back cooking food. Had to ask multiple times for my drink & never was able to get napkins. This is a store that doesn’t have anything out & you can’t pour your own soda.
When we left the spilled soda & a spilled milkshake that was there when we arrived were still on the floor. No one cleaned it up, they just put wet floor signs out. There was trash everywhere & a homeless guy eating leftover food from the trash cans that were overflowing. We will NEVER go back there.

Our food tasted like it had been sitting under warmer for a long time before we got it tasted cold and stale. And paid $28 for 2 breakfast highly disappointing.
