Food was a bit cold when served. Lighting was dimmed as we started dinner and half the chandelier lights didn't dim but shut off completely along with many missing bulbs as well.

My Brisket sandwich was delicious and my wife enjoyed the wedge salad and thought the corn chowder was excellent. Cold that day so we ate inside at a bar high top and the service was great and the atmosphere was to match! Our bartender noticed my Whisky Thief distillery hat and provided an outstanding suggestion to visit a local Distillery, Redwall, which is a must visit establishment in Sedona for the view and the cocktails!

Fantastic wait staff that was very attentive and accommodating. Ambiance was nice and moody (evening) with western chandeliers and table lamps, very welcoming whether or not you were dressed up for date night or just off a hike.

Kind service , tasty smoked food, nice ambience , great as casual lunch or dinner date . Try the Habanero bbq smoked wings ! I would add an option for the prime rib sandwich to be made into a Philly cheesesteak style sandwich ! Fries were great!

The smoked wings and ribs were overcooked with a chewy outer glaze. The wedge salads were drenched in way too much bleu cheese dressing. The pulled pork was tender but bland. The cornbread was tasty and different, as were the smoked deviled eggs. The service was okay, but two of our cocktails were incorrect. Noise level was high from the patrons and canned country music because of the space's acoustics. Not a pleasant experience.

Highly recommend the Bison Short Ribs and the Rib Eye steak. The Country Cornbread was also great. Very good food. Our server/waitress Lou Ann was wonderful! Definitely recommend eating here. We will be back.

The meal had its ups and downs, and I'm sure there was a time that this experience might have matched the good reviews, but not this night. We had a reservation but arrived 30 minutes early. The hostess said it would be a bit of a wait but she would get us in. After about 30 minutes passed and several parties had been seated there were at least 6 empty tables so I asked if we could be seated. She looked at me a bit blankly so I reminded her I had a reservation. We said she forgot and thought we were walk ins and grabbed menus. I told my husband as we walked to our table she had forgotten us and she said I didn't technically forget you, sat us in front of the kitchen entrance although there were several better tables and sarcastically said “have a wonderful evening.” Really unnecessary and unprofessional. She came back with silverware and placed it on the corner of the table rather than by the plates as would a typical restaurant. They are severely understaffed. Our server was lovely and my salmon was perfectly cooked, but the wait for food was more than 30 minutes. My husband had the smoked chicken which was dry. Two entrees with no drinks or apps were $75. I cannot recommend this restaurant.
