Went in for the fish. It was sold.out. So I tried the chicken giblets. Big mistake. They were terrible. Extremely tough and didn't seem.to be cooked thru. Worse I have ever had. But the fries were amazing. Highly recommend them.

Saw reviews from other for their walleye fish and chips. Most places serve a menu whenever they are open. Came with 3 others. All surprised that you can only order certain items after 2pm on only one day of the week. We are supposed to try to find them on Facebook and know to look there for what the specials will be each day of the week and what time you are allowing to even order them, which I imagine change every week.
This entire area is made of visitors, but they assume we should know that they, unlike most every other place you buy food in America, don't serve the items you may want that day or even that time of the day.
Might have only left disappointed if the owner wasn't so rude and condescending. I'm guessing this happens 20 times a day as disappointed people are frustrated you can't order items on their menu and they suggest you should have known.
To the owner... Try to be apologetic. I realize this is every day and all day. I'm guessing you have enough customer that you don't care about offending people who will never return, like us.
No food is worth being treated like that. And even the reply you now leave is rude. All four of us walked away and ALL of the others also commented how rude you were. No big deal, others may not care. I would not have left any review if you were nice and apologetic about it. Hope that helps you not get other negative reviews in the future.
Oh, and that look I gave you as I walked away was my shock and dismay with how rude you spoke to us all.
Def a must stop place!!! Traveling home after a long weekend racing, called ahead and it was ready and still hot when we pulled up! Patty melt, cheese burger, chicken tenders, fresh REAL fries. Everything was AWESOME! Will 100% stop again!

Had the bacon cheese burger and French. The bun was dry and crumbled . The fries were dark brown way over cooked .

I never would have guessed that I’d find my favorite fish and chips of all time in Quartzsite, Arizona but life is full of surprises. If I’m passing through Q, this food truck is a must stop for me. The Walleye fish and chips is a generous serving of fish, lightly battered to perfection served with hand cut fries and a side of cole slaw. It’s only available Wednesdays after 2pm (as of Dec ‘25). If you’re there any other day, the burgers are excellent and worth the stop as well.
