Western omelette, hashbrowns, and toast and biscuits and gravy and iced tea. Perfect big breakfast. Waitress was nice and kind. Food was excellent. We are in Quartzsite till mid March so I’ll be going back. Then I’ll try their Mexican food.

Absolute worst mexican food restaurant I’ve been too. I wouldn’t give it any stars if it was an option. I knew we may have made a mistake when we sat down and there were no chips and salsa served. What mexican food restaurant does that? Although that wasn’t a big deal at the time, we just over looked it. I ordered the chicken burrito. Took about two bites and bit into a chicken bone. I thought maybe I should send it back but I didnt. Then, I took two more bites and bit into another one. Needless to say at that point I wasn’t going to eat any more of it. The server came by eventually and asked how it was. I told her it was terrible and showed her the bones. She said she was sorry and asked if I wanted her to take it back so it could be remade. I told her no thanks. She asked if there was anything else I wanted instead. I told her no thanks thinking to myself if the cook wasn’t able to prepare a simple burrito without bones I wasn’t interested in eating anything else he made. I asked her if she could just take it off my bill. I was told no and that if she did she would have to pay for it herself. I wasn’t even sure how to respond to that but anyway, we paid the bill along with a tip and left. I’d never go back.

Breakfast lunch dinner. Good food had taco plate beans rice chips drink. Little expensive for me but probably avg. For others. GO!
Good food, filling without being overpriced. Friendly service. Would definitely go back.
We were really looking forward to eating here because we love Mexican food and had been dry camping out for a bit where there were not much services. And this restaurant seems to have a lot of good reviews )which I’m not sure why now). What a disappointment. First of all… have NEVER in our entire lives been to any Mexican restaurant in any state we’ve traveled where you did not get FREE chips and salsa. Had to pay the five dollars for those after we had waited for some time after we ordered and nothing came out. So I asked. Bit the bullet and bought them. The salsa was really good but again, dumbfounded that it was not provided complimentary.
Anyways, we ordered two entrées. The chicken chimichanga. And a combo plate with a chili relleno and a beef enchilada. The portions were soooooo lacking it looked like the food on the already small plate had been shoved around to make it look like the plate was full. My husband said his chicken chimichanga had mostly beans in it and not much chicken. The food was very ordinary. Nothing to write home about. The chili relleno was very soggy & didn’t have much cheese filling either. Refried beans seemed like what you get from a can. They gave you three sauce options, which was kind of odd. Considering they wouldn’t even offer up any salsa and chips. Seems like a waste of money to provide those. Overall, everything, but the salsa, was just lacking any real flavor or finesse. The prices were some of the highest we’ve ever paid for Mexican food. $4 for a soda! $17.50 for two item combo. Our waitress was very attentive. She was dealing with several customers, although the place was not very busy at all. Another table was complaining that their food was not done correctly as far as the Mexican food they ordered nor the fried fish they got, so I guess it wasn’t just us that didn’t think it was great. All in all, I would say save your money. We spent $50 and I know for a fact I could’ve made something much better at home. We would not stop again.
I ordered shredded beef tacos with rice and beans. They were delicious! I'll definitely be back.
Hard to believe a person goes in to a Mexican restaurant and they don't have chips for chips and salsa.
