Wings are good. Service was bad. No greeting, no smile to me or my family. Barely received a word from the person in the front. Yet when it came to another customer of a different race, the same person in the front was very interactive with them. We did not do anything wrong, we are a nice polite family. We felt a hint of racism towards Asians with this encounter. This is not the first time either with this location. 2/3 times we visited we have encountered this with a different person in front.
Walked in 30min before closing and the employee still greeted us with a smile and was eager to help us. The wings were so good that we will definitely return.
They were super busy today with the special. Food was still hot and delicious There were a couple complainers about having to wait, but Ketchler remained polite and professional. Excellent food and service for sure.
We have had about two out of 40 trips that have been good experiences. There have been times where they have given us small chicken nugget size pieces of chicken or overcooked chicken that were included in our chicken tender size combos some had to be thrown away and we kept coming back. But today I came in 10 minutes before closing and when I told the young man at the counter that I wanted to place an order, he said 0h well we’re about to close in nine minutes and we’re already behind so sorry. It’s unfortunate that the young people at this location have been so lazy. We will never frequent this location ever again. The younger employees at this location are causing customers to not want to come here. The people that were sitting in there said they were waiting over 45 minutes for their food. I appreciate the veteran woman and I mean experienced woman at the register who’s there quite often very friendly and great But these young people are going to bring the business down. I am a food reviewer with 37 million views. From my colleauges in the food scene have stated the great taste of ATL wings but poor service and high prices across all locations. I hope these can be remedied and allow customers to enjoy a pelasant and affordable experience in the future.
This location is terrible my order is always messed up especially through delivery services it’s so bad I can no longer get help on my orders through the app for reporting too many issue today was my finally straw ordered sauced wings and got plain wings
Don't get the negative reviews, the food was great the people there were super nice and we got our food quick. Needed to boost yalls rating cause 3 stars isn't justified.
Call me old fashion, but I’m from a generation where service counts! I ordered 36 wings ($56.00) and was short 8 wings. I tried calling for 30 min and nobody answered. I decided to wait until the morning, as it was nearing 8pm and I don’t drive at night due to loss of vision. The day Manager was a woman, and she was quite snarky demanding I return the product back as per their policy. I just wanted the 8 wings I paid for, and nothing more! I cannot return the product, as most of it was consumed the night before. She kept saying “there is nothing (she) could do” and that I should’ve returned last night. There is always something you can do to satisfy a customer! She finally agreed to give me the 8 wings I was shorted, after I refused to give her my personal phone number and name to speak to the owner ( Eric). She refused to give me his number, and insisted on obtaining my personal information. I have been to the franchise on Stapley in Mesa, and never have had a problem. Looks like I’ll need to drive the extra 25 min to get good service. It should be so difficult to be served correctly!
Updated: when I went to pick up my 8 wings she did apologize and gave me 12 with a coke. Her attitude had changed, perhaps she saw my post. I appreciated her apology, although I did not ask for one. I just wanted the 8 wings to begin with! Lets not make it difficult and just smile and move on!
I went there around 12pm, the wings were from yesterday and so was the deep fried biscuits. So I took it back, they didn't ask if I want fresh or money back, they just gave me another order, chicken is not fresh, thank God the biscuits were freshly made this time. This is a big disappointment, I'm not going back there to complain, I will dispute with my bank to have my $46 back. The dressing also is nasty and old. We're paying for fresh food, this food is actually nasty.
I have stomach infection so ai have to be very careful , can't just eat anything, I try to don't eat leftovers. I'm really not happy, I went there not ones, but twice. I'm getting my money back. We're paying a lot, please give us fresh food. Thank you
Not sure about the negative reviews but I had a great first experience. 10/24/2024 pick up at 7:20. Tall young guy with tats was super friendly and made sure I got everything I needed. I got the 12 bone in wing combo. It came with 1 blue cheese but ole dude hooked it up with an extra. 1 is definitely not enough for 12 wings. I had to drive about 10 minutes to get home but the wings were still hot. Solid wing size and great flavor. Definitely will be back.

A Winged Disappointment: ATL Wings
Last night I visited ATL Wings with high hopes, only to be met with a disappointing experience. While the wings themselves have potential, the customer service and overall experience left much to be desired.
The most frustrating aspect was the extended wait time. It took a staggering 25 minutes to receive my order. During this time, I observed young employees socializing and using their phones rather than attending to customers. Another customer also faced a significant wait, eventually having to approach the counter to get any attention. No apology was offered for the inconvenience.
To add insult to injury, the fries served with the wings were clearly leftovers, not fresh. This further detracted from the dining experience.
While the food itself may have some redeeming qualities, the poor customer service and lack of attention to detail significantly tarnish ATL Wings' reputation. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and care, especially in a food service environment.

This was my first time coming in this location, the young man with his hair in a bun at the register was very respectful and helpful. He recommended me some flavors to get on my wings. Good Service, Amazing Food!!!

We absolutely love ATL but I have been nothing but let down at this location. We show up and it took 15 minutes before we saw anyone just to tell them we have a pickup order. They didn’t have any medium lids and it took 5 minutes for the guy to just give us large cups and tell us he couldn’t find them. I get home and we didn’t get the 5 fries we ordered, only 4 and none of them have ATL seasoning on them just salt and pepper. So now I’m short a fry, the foods cold by time we get it and it took us close to 30 minutes in the restaurant when our food was ready before we walked in. I will absolutely never return here
Got there 15 mins early, so was expecting to wait the 15 mins, maybe 5 more, but no we waited 35 mins (so far, we don’t even have our order yet as I’m writing this.) I work in the food industry so I know when it’s busy it takes longer, but it wasn’t busy. Not at all. In total it took about an hour between when we ordered it and when we hopefully get it. Either go to another location or don’t bother unless you want to wait an hour.

Was really looking forward to wings, but unfortunately, these guys lost my business today because the website wouldn’t let me check out and after calling multiple times to try to place my order over the phone, they didn’t answer.

I placed an order around 7:11 p then realized something was wrong and called immediately around 7:13 p to correct the error and ask for it to be fixed. Was straight up told no because the order was already done. What?! How? Horrible customer service person just repeatedly told me no when I asked if they were sure since I had literally placed the order minutes ago. She just said nope, it's already been made. I call lazy BS.
