Babbo Italian Eatery

Met up with my husband for lunch between meetings. For most of the meal, we were the only patrons there (we went right when they opened)- which meant quick and attentive service! Food was yummy- especially the lunch combo pizza. It is a LOT of food too- a good sized appetizer salad of your choosing plus a personal size pizza. I was quite full! Also highly recommend the cannolis- you get an order of three and can mix-n-match the flavors. We got one of each- pistachio, lemon, and traditional chocolate chip. It was an overall lovely lunch!

If you want service without a smile, rude, condescending and arrogant. This is the place. Food was microwave good! Then it was our fault the waitress was either having a bad day or she is always a pissed off slob of of person. Tuck your shirt if you cant iron it...at the minimum! I'd advise something another Italian place for many reasons.

30 plus minutes wait times for deliveries order and that just wait time at restaurant will be adding this location to my block list

First time visiting and the experience was fantastic! Great service and delicious food :) the bread was so good!

Good food, friendly staff, clean and we were able to actually have a conversation without having to shout! We’ll be back!

Amazing Italian food, the egg roll appetizer recommended by our server was sooo good. The meal was also delicious.

I also had my service dog discriminated against. Very disappointing, I will be taking my business elsewhere. The staff was also not very friendly.

Was pointed to the table we were to sit at insyead of being led to. Mentioned celebrating 83rd birthday when I made the reservation. Nothing was done about the birthday.

If you aren't all on the email list for the meal deal pick ups, you are missing out. I have ordered them at least 5x over the past couple years and they are a steal. Pre-order, pick Up, bake at home. Great pricing, big portions, and excellent food.

This was however my first time eating in the restaurant after a school function to end the year. Did not disappoint. Waitress was awesome, food/drink came out pretty quick. Food was good although the lemon linguini dish had some competing flavor profiles with the spicy and the lemon combined. Probably wouldn't order again but glad i tried it. Pizza was excellent and the Mac/Cheese was some of the better you can find.

All in all, great place!

We had a nice time and great service.

We had a reservation at 7pm. We were sat down at 6:56pm and took our drink order. We got bread while we waited and the bread was absolutely amazing extremely delicious. super soft and seasoned great!
The restaurant was basically empty as it was Thursday night, we received our two drinks at 7:28pm (an espresso martini and a mojito) from a food runner
Our server came back to our table to take our food order at 7:41pm. She then told us she would bring us some more bread while we waited for our food. She brought us more oil and vinegar almost immediately, but we had to re-ask for more bread.
The restaurant was playing Cage the Elephant so that was nice.
We finally received our food at 8:19pm…Half of our food was hot and the other half of us had cold plates. I assume it had been ready and just sitting there for a long time. We had to send it back to get reheated.
We were given $4 off of our meal for the inconvenience of our meals being cold.
Two of our pastas that were cold were the same pasta (spicy alfredo), one of them came back hot and the other came back still cold. The server comped that alfredo from our bill.
The eggplant parm was really good and their meatballs are phenomenal! The spicy alfredo was pretty good, but because i was waiting an hour and a half (89 minutes) for it I wasn’t too pleased with it.
It was my birthday so we got free dessert ordered at 8:32. The Zeppoli came out at 8:46pm looked and tasted AMAZING! We immediately asked for our bill. We finally got our bill at 8:55pm

We also had empty waters for the majority of the dinner and were quite parched. We had to flag down some people to get more water.

We watched another family sit down around 7:15 and they received their food at 8:49

Our server gave us some extra bread to-go when we left which was appreciated.
We complained to our server about how slow the service was and how long it took for everything and if there was anything that could be done. The server told us “i’m sorry it felt that long to you”. Almost blew a gasket. wasn’t about how we felt…literally had the exact timestamps of when everything happened.

Overall food was pretty decent, but our experience here this night was one of the worst services we have ever received at a restaurant. I don’t know if this is an every night thing or if they were just super short staffed this night or what the issue was, but on this Thursday it was super super slow.

In short, should’ve gone to Olive Garden

My husband, BIL, SIL and I went here about a Month ago and were so excited as our experience was lovely. So we decided to have a girls' night here. I made a reservation two days ahead so they knew we were coming. There were 7 of us. The food was okay. We mainly had salads at the table. One salad was missing the main ingredients and most asked for chicken on the salad and I want to say they used one chicken breast for all of them. It took forever for glasses of wine to be served. It wasn't that busy. And then one of the servers who brought our checks—not the one who waited on us—smelled like she just smoked a cigarette, overpowering). Our server was a doll but I think she needed more help than she received. It was just disappointing. I might give it one more try. But no one else was impressed.

Great food! The bread is a great treat before your meal. You have to tell yourself to stop, to keep room for a delicious meal of your choosing.
