Backyard Taco - Queen Creek

Disappointing quality! I excepted much better food at the price and based on the high yelp rating. Don't be fooled. The food is not terrible but it is below average.

Nope never again! You want Mexican food- go somewhere else. Did not take pic hell

My family and I came to try this place for the first time and was so disappointed. Food portions are very small I would say a size for a kid and they charge a lot for the food .I don’t think we will be coming back

The level of incompetence and at this location is hard to believe. They forget something every time we go through the drive through, won't happen again.

Ordered chips and salsa with my bowl at the drive through. Paid for order. Got no chips and salsa in the bag. Be better.

Worst experience. They ran out of rice and guacamole salsa and was only told after we ordered and several minutes after we already paid for our food, they did ask us if we would like to wait for more guacamole salsa to be made, was told it would be a few minutes and they will bring it out to us. We parked in the only drive through spot they have. Waited over 15 mins. When we went in and asked. They stated they came out and looked for us and didn’t find us. They have 1 drive through parking spot. It’s located right in front in the door. We never saw anyone come out and look. Very disappointed with the service.

The food here was tasty and the birria was flavorful. I wish I could rate the salsa but I asked for it at the drive through speaker and then again at the window. They told me it would be in the bag but it wasn’t. I would have enjoyed my food more with some heat.

We love the food here. Only issue I have and would really recommend is if you are picking up an order to go is DOUBLE check everything. The last two times we have ordered from here we have gotten home and have been missing items (last was the entire bag of chips and salsa). But we love the food!!

First and last time eating here, ordered the tacos through the drive thru, and they came squished stacked on a styrofoam plate with tin foil, and had no toppings just meat, and little chunks of lettuce. We weren’t asked about toppings and the carne asada was cold and chewy, the tortilla already soggy. Extremely disappointed with the portion size and quality of the food for the price.

they make a sorry excuse of a tostada. i got bean and cheese and there were maybe 5 pieces of cheese on there, the tortilla itself was chewy. way too expensive for that. Backyard Taco used to be so good, quality has gone down unfortunately.

Checking it out. Good lunch, plenty of choices and clean.
