Customer service is always A+ here. Delicious finely shaved iced topped with any flavor you can imagine. Highly recommend!

There was only one person working there when I went but she was very quick when making my order. They take expired coupons, which is amazing. Near the outdoor seating, there are some games and board games inside. For the amount you get the price, is very good.

Went two days in a row. Yesterday was creek for the polar bear and had flavor all through out it. Went back today and ordered the biggest one you can get for me and my wife as yesterdays was so good and all it is basically shaved ice. Only a little bit of the blue raspberry flavor almost half the bottom is white shaved ice and the middle. Very disappointed especially with how much the bigger one is. Won’t be wasting my money there any more

I appreciate the response, but we where already home when found the issue and the crew that was working that night was not very friendly so wouldn’t have wasted my time explaining or talking to them.

I love going to Bahama bucks with my friends or even with family members, The staff is kind. The snow is on the more expensive side, but in my opinion it's worth it. My order is sugar free sour green apple with watermelon sno pops.

Dietary restrictions: They have all natural flavor options that have no artificial colors or flavors. They tend to be very accommodating at this location. There are also many sugar-free flavors to choose from.

Gotta love the flavor options. Plus if you ask for a lot of ice cream at the bottom of your shave ice, you’ll get it. The employees seemed nice but sorta two faced behind your back. Teenagers lol HOWEVER…. I chose to offer only 4 stars due to the outlandish pricing. It’s almost $20 for two shave ices. One had ice cream and the other gummy bears. But none the less… we would attend more often if it wasn’t priced like highway robbery. They need to keep the outdoor seating cleaned, since it’s most realistic to go outside to thaw out, because you start to freeze, while indulging in a flavorful shave ice, in an air conditioned room.

Kid-friendliness: They had a tether ball pole with no ball. But they decorated the walls inside festive. They have a ring toss game on a pole also. So it’s cute. I bet teenagers hang there often.

I just ordered some drinks through the drive through. I was amazed at the voice coming through the speaker. The person taking the order was so polite almost to the point, I thought they were using artificial intelligence.

I was surprised to see it was a real person and she was very polite and courteous. Her name was Kenna. Out of all the drive throughs I have been through, I have never experienced this level of service. Kenna really set the bar high and thought I would leave this review because she made what would have been ordinary into an experience that was extraordinary. Great Job!

Went to thisocation for the first time and was shocked when a baby sno was over $6.50. Its ice and flavor. And... there was barely any flavor on my sno, meaning I got ice with sprunkles and a bit of sweetened condensed milk.
I was going to bring my grandkids [3] for a nice summer treat, but no way can I afford $25 for us all to enjoy even the smalkest
