I want to praise Bryce. This young man was so friendly and professional. My two kids and I wanted to sample a few different flavors and he was very patient with us. My kids also kept changing their minds on wether they wanted cups or cones. You need more people like Bryce in customer service. Thank you Bryce. Baskin Robins please let him know how appreciated he is.

Changing my review just because the owner called me and talked to me about what happen. Owner Donnie is a very kind woman and I will support her businessCame in tonight to get some ice cream to take home and the girl with the orange hair and braids gave me attitude every time I asked forsomething, not the kind of attitude that we all get after a hard work day which would’ve been understandable this was over the top rudeness that had no room for understanding. Do better

I came to eat ice cream with my kids and they were enjoying their ice cream and watching them making ice cream cakes. But the employee don't wear gloves . Saw one of them poke her nose, wipe her hands on the bottom of her pants and scratch her neck and continued decorating the cakes. Blowing on cakes and wiping them with dirty hands just doesn't sit well with me. For 1 the cakes are pricey and 2 at least a quick hand wash would have been decent.
I’m not usually a reviewer. Just thought I’d share, never get the kids scoop. It was $9 for about 6 bites between 2. I’ve never left a store feeling so ripped off in my life. I usually wouldn’t care and say oh well, the kids enjoyed it, but it ruined the evening and I legitimately felt scammed haha! The ice cream is so-so, could have bought a tub of blue bell for that price. RIP.

We went in last night around 9pm and were extremely disappointed. The staff was miserable and rude. They acted as though we were interrupting their evening. When trying to decide on my order I was essentially talked out of a sundae because it had “too many toppings”. They already had the indoor seating area deconstructed so we opted to sit outside as we didn’t feel welcome in the lobby. When I brought our 5 year old in to clean her face, the staff member was rude about the fact that he had just mopped the bathroom floor.

Service was very good. Everyone here is friendly and willing to help. The Turkey Day Fixins ice cream was weird though.
Two stars for the small two scoops. I bought the 2 scoop sundae. Here is the whip cream moved over so you can see. She barely put any ice cream on. I will probably just go to menchies for now on for self-serving if they are gonna be stingy with ice cream.

I hate to finally review this location but i have to at this point. So we usually go to the location on power (which I believe is owned by the same owner) and i have NEVER had a complaint about the location on power. they are AMAZING! Here though.... Every time we come to this location (which we live closer to) there is always an issue but lets talk about tonight.
So we went in and ordered 4 items. There were three people working. Once person was working on finishing our drinks and one person was working on online orders and then the third one was doing what looked like nothing but I have no idea. At this point we have all but one item and there are two more people behind us who already have their ice cream...but no one is checking anyone out. So we are all just standing there looking at each other confused. Then one of the lady's behind me finally asked if someone could check us out and they all kind of looked at each other until the manager (I assume) decided to start checking people out. We sat outside to eat and my drink was so overpowering with coffee I couldn't drink it (even after I asked for a little extra vanilla to tone down the coffee because they always make it strong at this location) I didn't wanna be a pain and ask to remake the drink so I gave it to my daughter who said her ice cream tasted off. We went back in and ordered a second drink this time making sure they put extra vanilla in it. They did, but they put way to much ice AND didn't blend it down, so I couldn't physically take a drink of it because there was so much ice in it that it was blocking the straw. We ended up just getting a refund for my drink and I didn't have the time (almost kiddos bedtime) to keep re ordering the drink. They also need to clean the freezer burn out of their freezers its messing with their flavors of the ice cream. It also makes them melt faster. I mean look at the top of yalls Ice cream buckets, it looks kinda nasty on some of them. Yall have to notice that... If you go to this location, look around and order then do the same at the power location or mcclintock one it is MILES different. I think the people here (some not all) just don't care. Again the owner is great I just think the crew (most of them) don't care. I'll be making the longer drive to go to the power location from now on..

Friendly and helpful staff.
BR ice cream itself is great if you like traditional, hard ice cream (I do!). I love that they have a new featured flavor or 2 every month to make it more interesting. This location has its pros and cons though. It's nice to have an ice cream shop in Central QC, and most of the time, when I go, the employees are at least attentive, if not friendly. You can sample as many flavors as you want, and they always have water and cups available for customers. They are really good about letting me customize my orders too. The thing I've noticed though is that there are frequently only teenage employees with no supervision, which means that no one is cleaning up regularly, they are antsy to close up when it gets within an hour of closing time, and a few of them lack basic necessary customer service skills and food service skills. I continue to go back because of the location and for some favorite flavors, but I do wish the owners would do something to take some pride in the appearance of their shop and in the way they train their employees.
Super RUDE Staff. Go to cold stone or Dairy Queen instead. Negative behavior from all of the staff. They were not happy to serve us literally an hour before close. It is what your paid to do. Go get a different job if you are so unhappy working here.
