Friendly service, free wifi, tables and outlets for laptops, 2 clean bathrooms...ticks all the boxes. Only complaint is that one of the hooks in the bathroom was missing so you have to put your backpack/purse on the ground.

I bought a sausage sandwich from them this morning and I literally cannot bite into it. The top of the biscuit is so stale and hard, you can chip a tooth. I tried to call but the recoding says to go to the website and email. Naw. Y’all need to see this too.

Part 2: went back and was given a free drink. The team was understanding and great.

By far the best of all Blackrock locations in the Valley! These young people are trained superbly, the consistency of my hot vanilla latte is incredible. Everyone is always friendly, and great to visit with, workload permitting. They make me feel like their own Grandpa, and I truly appreciate them !!

Parking: Drive thru is truck friendly.
