We picked up our large pepperoni pizza and gluten free pepperoni pizza. The service was great. But the pizzas were not fresh. The large pizza, some of the slices were soggy and some were hard as a rock. The pizza tasted stale and not fresh at all. The gluten free pizza flavor was off. (We usually get a gluten free pizza, so it’s not because it was GF). Not sure what it was, very bland. The pizza here use to be really good! Not sure what has happened but very disappointed in the quality of the pizza especially when two pizzas cost $45. Smh

Brooklyn Vs hits the nail every time. Whether you are wanting thin crust to Grandma slices. The Chicken Parm is fantastic every time, the chicken is crispy and the cheese extra melted. Their zucchini sticks are crispy as well. Thank you for being an almost weekly staple when we can't figure it out, ordering consistently for years never once the presence of a screw.

Pizza came uncut. I called and asked to talk to the manager but was placed on hold. Called back, got ahold of "Anna" who said she was the manager and asked how to fix the issue. She was rude, interrupted then hung up on me. I called back and was one again treated rudely, she said she could give me a credit. At this point I didn't want credit. I wanted a refund, She lied several times to me and hung up the phone. While I was on the phone my son decided to cut the pizza anyway but found a SCREW in the pizza crust. I called back and asked for the owner. They said they would not tell me and that I was "Just one customer." I called back again and they refused to even answer the phone. I hope the owner sees this because when I called back I got the voicemail saying they were closed at 7:30 (recording said they closed at 9). They were willing to give up business rather than answer a customer service issue. Thank God one of my kids didn't eat that screw!

Hands down our favorite pizza in the East Valley! We've ordered from their Chandler, Gilbert, and QC locations and can vouch for all of them. The sauce is absolutely delicious, they're generous with the cheese (thank you!), and while we pretty much stick to the same few toppings, we have only good things to say about pepperoni, bacon, and sausage. Delivery always arrives hot and looks mouthwateringly good! Oh, and if you dine in at the Chandler location, they have a Peroni on tap, which is always a nice bonus.

Brooklyn V's Queen Creek has been our go-to for pizza almost weekly since it opened 7 years ago. Their food, especially pizza, is always the best. Service is great and Anna, one of the owners, is often there greeting us or even serving us. We have patronized this restaurant more than any other. And in less than an hour, we'll be ordering our regular Friday night pizza.

Anna the mgr here is always so friendly when we've engaged with her as one time we didn't care for the meatball subs (bread was far too hard) and she quickly took back and got us something else. Staff is happy and friendly which says a lot about mgmt. We will continue to go here and pick up pizza and take it home for movie night.
