Almost impossible to place a "take out " order because there is no one staffing the telephone most of the time so your call goes unanswered with a pre recorded message directing you the customer to place your order "on line" for better results. I find that option difficult to accomplish when I'm traveling down the freeway at 65 MPH on my way home from work looking to order a desired meal. It's always the same female waitress working when I experience this problem but I give her the benefit of the doubt assuming she's just busy elsewhere in the restaurant but when I arrive her "busyness" is chatting with other co workers up front away from her telephone of responsibility as her calls go unanswered. The wings are usually dry and many are so small they look like McDonalds chicken nuggets. I visit the Gilbert branch more often as a result of this trend in the Queen Creek property even though Queen Creek is much closer.

I travel for work and have eaten at alot of BWW locations. I've never had an issue anywhere. Yet behold my hometown b-dubs didn't let me order a la cart beef patties. I was told they're not allowed to do it. This sucks. I walked in knowing I've done this at many locations and they said I could order a burger pay 15 dollars for it and then add extra patties which would make it a 20 dollar plus burger.

Honestly, our waiter wasn’t horrible it was the fact that we had got there at 4:15 only about 4 tables sat and everyone already served. We ordered a total of 60$ worth of food. We got our food immediately but the person I was with ordered an extra 6 wings when ORIGINALLY ORDERED. We ate our food waited about 20minutes after finishing. After a grand total of 40 minutes of waiting and being told our food should be out shortly. Our food was forgotten about. Not the biggest deal. While waiting, we both noticed that the bartender was eating and serving drinks without washing her hands or even waiting to finish chewing before talking to customers. Could see the cooks inside scrolling on their phone. Now what they do when they’re not busy is none of my business but maybe have the courtesy to wash your hands and stop walking around with food in your mouth while people are waiting for YOU to bring out their food.

Rude workers that's for sure

I’ve given this location more than one chance, but tonight was disappointing again. The wings were skinny and barely had any sauce on them. For a place that’s all about wings and sauces, this is frustrating.

The same thing happened the last time we ordered online, so it doesn’t seem like a one-time mistake. It feels like they don’t pay attention to takeout orders.

I’ll probably skip this location in the future and try somewhere else that does a better job.

The buffalo chicken wrap had very little chicken, just a bunch of fried batter. Not good.

Wings were overcooked and the oil they fried in had a weird taste.

Usually love BWW but this specific one ALWAYS sucks. Recommend going to Gilbert or wing stop.

This time that I went i did Pick up and they forgot the tenders, so I had to drive all the way back so an hour and half ordeal in total between driving there and back twice.

Then I paid extra for sauces but they messed those up also and didn't give me every flavor that I paid extra for.

All of this ontop of cold wings and soggy fries. Oh and the tenders i picked up here suppose to be honey bbq for my two year old. Instead they just gave me breaded tenders without any flavoring.

Also wanted to note they did not care about the fact they forgot some of my food and didn't even offer something as simple as a complimentary soda for my troubles.

Again goto Wing Stop, it's close with better quality and standards.

Very disappointed by my experience at this location. The behavior of the manager, Amanda, was extremely unprofessional and actually pretty distracting. I heard her being rude not only to customers nearby but also rude to her staff as well and overall it was a very uncomfortable experience. She was extremely abrasive and dismissive to the people she was talking to. In a customer service environment it’s crucial to have people with good attitudes and as a manager I would expect her to set a better example. Do better!

On our to-go order, they missed sauce on half of the wings. The wings are tiny and a few of our wings only had meat on one side. Next time I will be picking a different spot for wings.

Service here is horrible and even worse, the management takes no responsibility for the bad behavior of her staff. Waited 5 minutes for a table (place was 1/2 full). Hostess was no where to be seen and we watched multiple workers walk by, look at us and ignore us.
We decided to attempt to sit at a high top and were told but a very rude server "you'll need to wait at the front" in a very condescending manner. I explained we had already waited 5 minutes and she came back at me and said "that's too bad you'll need to wait up front". We finally see the hostess and asked for a manager. Amanda (Asst mgr) came out, and she did not want ti hear our concerns. She gave excuse after excuse (hostess was in the bathroom, you can't just seat yourself, my server was correct) and continued to cut us off while we were explaining things to her. Zero empathy, zero responsibility and didn't even attempt to make the situation right. Told us to "stop raising our voices" and that we should treat her staff with respect. This place was 1/2 empty and the empty tables had not been bussed.
Won't be back.

The only thing wild here is that it wasn’t open for the college football playoffs.

It's BWW, so the bar isn't high, but this location is awful- my food (a wrap) didn't come out at all, and the guy sitting next to me's was late. The place is dirty as hell (even compared to BWW standards) and the staff were both overwhelmed and unbothered about the slow crowd for a Saturday afternoon. It doesn't seem like a whole lot of management (or work) goes on here. Stay away.

This place has gone downhill over the past few years. We went in today and walked out after we were treated in terrible fashion. The server and the assistant manager were so rude and arrogant we walked out without ordering. We will never visit this location again.

Great late-night stop at Buffalo Wild Wings in Queen Creek! We got the BOGO boneless wing deal, which made it a super affordable night out. The Bacon Buffalo sauce was delicious—not too spicy, just right! We also loved the Jammin’ Jalapeño and Hot sauces, which packed the right amount of heat.

Only downside was they were out of blue cheese, which was disappointing, but Kassandra provided excellent service and kept us happy. Overall, a fun night with tasty wings!
