Buffalo Wild Wings

Used to love coming here. Sometime in the past week they started charging $1 per ranch cup and also charging for the carrots and celery that have been part of the BWW experience for years. So extremely disappointing, going to start going to Wing Stop instead.

We had a pick 6 special. My husband got spicy wings and I got chicken tenders. They were big, not dry, and super crunchy. Even my leftover the next day we're still crunchy. The fries were very tasty too.
Already planning to go again and bring friends.

This location has terrible service and is absolutely disgusting.

We walked in at 9pm and told there was a 5 minute wait by a less than friendly hostess. Thought was strange seeing as how there was only a handful of parties in the restaurant. Went to the restroom only to see dirty surfaces and discarded paper towels and lining the wall underneath the over flowing trash can.

Walked back to the front to continue to wait and noticed many of the tables in the restaurant weren’t bussed and covered in dirty dishes and trash. There were literally more non bussed tables than there were parties sitting.

As we continued to wait. I noticed that most of the staff was either just hanging around or busy talking to the people at the tables. No one had a care in the world that the restaurant was a complete disaster. After 15 minutes of waiting, the hostess brought us to our table which was sticky and partially covered with a black film.

All I could think about was “if this is how they care about what we can see, how does the kitchen look?” We didn’t even sit down, we left and wont be returning unless something changes dramatically.

Man, very disappointed today. Went in with a buddy for the game. Ordered apps and beers to start. As we are finishing our first round and still picking at the apps, the check is dropped off... puzzled I asked, are you leaving for the day and we are getting a new waitress? She looks at me and says no, my boss is wondering what is taking so long? I looked at her and said we are in mid meal and you haven't asked us for a second round yet. Never so confused in my life. She said we were taking too long.... we where there less than an hour and planning on drinking the whole game. Her loss is guess. I asked to speak to a manager but she said oh its ok we can stay. Umm no thanks. Never again.

Terrible service will not be going there again. We got there on Saturday night the the person at the front without saying hi or anything first thing she said with a horrible attitude there's a 30/40 minute wait, we waited for a few minutes asked if we could get seated at least she said no, the place didn't look busy and there was a few of empty tables. Not even once did she come back to the front at all she would just stare at us hoping for us to leave.

One ranch for six items?

I work for DoorDash. First time picking up an order from this location took 40 minutes. After the initial deflated “greeting,” was subsequently ignored. Second time there, hostess said “I’ll go get your order,” as soon as I walked in (without asking me who I was picking up for) and then handed me a bag that was for the wrong person…when I said that that wasn’t who I was picking up for, she said tartly, “we don’t have that ticket.”

Great place to have a fun, affordable meal. Highly recommend
