I haven't been to a Burger King in almost four years due to a bad experience, but we decided to give it another try, and I'm still disappointed. They clearly don’t prioritize serving fresh food. It was around 6:45 PM, so it should have been fresh. The French fries were hard and cold, which was unappetizing. The chicken fries were soft and cold, lacking any crispiness and heavily over-seasoned. Given the high cost of food these days, it's frustrating not to receive a hot meal. We won't be returning to any Burger King again.

I put in an order at the kiosk.30 minutes later, I still didn't have my original Chicken Sandwich. I went up to the counter. They said they didn't have an order for me.I showed him my bank statement showing the Burger King charge.He said he could put in the order if I paid again.No sandwich , no refund , this place is a joke. Can someone please contact me about a refund.

Never disappoints to get the order wrong. I dont think I have been to a Burger King in the last 5yrs that has gotten the order right from the beginning. Whether it is no pickles or extra onions a change in sauce or whatever always get the order wrong lol

The gentleman with the beard/goatee was very pushy. He shoved my food as well as my card at me when I was in the drive thru. The girl who works at the window is much kinder and can put a smile on anyone's face.
I had to order at a kiosk, and even though there wasn't a bunch of people dining in, my order took forever. The drinks are self-serve, but we weren't given cups until the whole order was ready. What's next, are we going to start cooking the food ourselves? I do not like all this self-service stuff. I'd rather talk to a real person.

Was disappointed when I got home after walking in to BK and placing my order. It was a simple order and yet I got home without the med havesies I paid for. I know. I should have checked the bag before I left but all I ordered was a big fish, 4 chkn nuggets, a bacon cheese burger and the havesies. And they werent busy.
