The last two time I've come here the AC was out and the other time they only had 2 employees in the restaurant. They apologized for the wait and conditions, but they were so friendly and the food was delicious! Only problem was that there needs to be more employees or the employees already there need to be paid more

Great service all around! Everyone was friendly and helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to that Greyson kid. He really went above and beyond. Super professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely someone who stands out in a great way. Highly recommend! Plus he's got big arms.

I just want to thank the manager Jordan here at this location. I was having a bad day but the customer service patience and understanding received from Jordan especially after a long day was beyond what I could have expected. I was having card issues and he didnât rush me or get annoyed and was more than understanding. & the food was hot & fresh! Def worth the wait! Thank you Jordan!

I'm 50 years old and I honestly had the best fast food burger in my life yesterday. Their new mushroom and Swiss burger is absolutely amazing! I wish they'd keep this permanently on the menu. Friendly service and quick drive thru. I'll be back - OFTEN! Lol

I was there and I literally had to call the store to get help. I was at the front for 10 minutes waiting for an order and then the first one came out of the back and she ignored the phone call and just walked away. I couldnât believe it I left a voicemail while I was standing there looking at them Talk about crappy service.

Wow! This trip to this store was horrible. Food was cold, the order was not complete when they called us up. They looked very confused when I told them items were missing.
Once we sat down to eat, we noticed that a wrapper on the burger said âimpossible burger.â We opened it and it looked way different than the other whopper. So we went to the counter to address the issues and basically got told there is nothing wrong and it is just a wrapper. Well we donât order the impossible burger and when we tried to fix it they didnât care at all! Makes you wonder how many other people they do this too and then tell them âitâs just a wrapperâ. I contacted customer care and got told her $10 and the stores are franchised so corporate doesnât really care at all! Horrible experience and hopefully the franchise owner makes it right.
