Observed them drop food on the floor today 7 November 2025 around 5:45pm. Then picked it up and continued to use it and try to serve it to someone. I will never go back here again. Also reporting this to the BBB and the health department.

WHOPPER WEDNESDAY'S was a home run for me and my family! Why? Because RAZA was exceptionally one of the best drive thru employees from any fast food restaurant that we have encountered in a LOOOONG TIME.. I always have a good experience with this location but RAZA continued to seal the deal for me to keep coming back.. 😃

While the food is decent and the service wasn't bad, the last 3 times I've ordered food that has had something that has had changes from the default menu item it never gets changed from the actual food that I'm given.

I don't know the name of the employee doing the work of 3 people, but he needs a raise. I'm writing this in the car at 8:33pm on 7/30/25. I'm pretty sure that its just him and a cook running the whole store, and he literally ran my food out to me after running between windows to take my payment and having me pull forward to hand me a drink.
If I could give this place a negative I would and then minus that be 2. The service here sucks. Worst Burger King in the entire valley. Hands down. Rather you order inside, online, or drive thru it’s gonna be a long wait or you’re definitely gonna get parked going thru drive thru. This is consistent with the night shift. GET NEW EMPLOYEES bcuz THEY AINT WORKING BOSS!!!

Please check your soda lines. We had a Dr pepper and a coke and they both tasted moldy. It could also be the ice machine. Also, food was overall meh and took forever. We werent given a receipt to make a comment via an order number.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I’ve been there a couple times to try to get food and both times nobody answers the intercom and when they do, they’re extremely rude. I have never had this crappy of an experience at a fast food place. And these people want to get paid 20 bucks an hour..
