The night shift management working drive thru needs to find a new place to work. She is not capable of talking to customers without a ton of attitude and so I probably won't visit this location AGAIN.I stopped my order and went elsewhere....dont need to spend my money at a location where employees don't have any customer appreciation.

I order mozzarella stick and it tasted so bad. I asked for them to be fresh and it tasted like they dropped the old ones in the fryer again and gave them to me. So nasty???

Screaming and yelling loud and being obnoxious as employees is ridiculous! Not only that spilled my drink! Took four to clean it up! And they were socializing while doing it and laughing loud! No wonder it took so long! It took them 5 minutes to give me two shakes and two frozen drinks! That is ridiculous and unprofessional! And than you don’t even apologize for having me wait five minutes for my drinks? While in drive thru mind you? Yeah lol what a joke no wonder you guys are hiring for a manager! They need to make corrections.

I purchased a whopper and there was a major chunk of lettuce in it. I also purchased a Coca Cola slushie and it was practically melted.

I ordered a Texas double whopper with no onion or tomato...when I received my order after 2 bites I realized the Patty's were cold so I took it back and asked to make it fresh..when my order came back all they did was replace the Patty's and throw it in the mircowave...when I took it back again and explained that it was just microwaved the manager just said she will give me a refund...absolutely worst service ever...I will never go back to that location

I've loved Burger King ever since I was a kid. The kids are the best, and the burgers and fries are mouth watering. ? Only I wish they hadn't made it more expensive.☹️

I don't do a whole lot of reviews, but I have to tell you, this is consistently the worst Burger King I have ever been to. We live down the road and don't typically do fast food and spend a lot of time at the gym. With that said, a little BK Lounge has always been one of my guilty pleasures. The staff if usually pretty good there, but the food is awful. This morning was sausage croissant that tasted like rubber, smashed and greasy, French toast sticks that were shriveled and burnt. The last time I got a 2 whoppers, I ate half of one and threw them in the trash. Just terrible. For a family of 4, spending $30+ you would think the quality would be decent at least. Avoid at all costs.

BK used to be my number one burger stop, however, after yesterday, I will not be visiting the store on Combs Road. I ordered my food by going through drive through option. Ordered a whopper with everything and a plain burger. Did not get fries, but mozzarella sticks and a dessert. My drink was a Dr Pepper. The meat on my whopper looked like someone had taken if off of another sandwich that had sat past the expiration date before it's not supposed to be served or it was taken out of the garbage and served to me. Totally unacceptable. I went to take a bite and had to lift the bread up to see where the burger was and that's when I noticed the condition of the burger patty. It was dry and old looking.

Edit: I have been here 4-5 times in a row since I last left a review (one year ago) and this BK has drastically changed for the better. Food is warm and freshly made and staff is friendlier.Last review: Something seriously needs to get fixed here. Food is always dry, cold and seems old.

Oh man everyone around here knows this location is notoriously bad. I mean legendary bad. Even if you think it's something no one could mess up, they will find a way. Cold, old, burnt, stale, wrong toppings, etc. u name it they have mastered it. It's actually quite impressive it's been this bad consistently for how many years it's been open that takes some true dedication.

There is no service. You have to order from a machine. The food was barely warm and tables dirty. Not busy and behind counter staff bantering and sitting on countertop. Now that's sanitary! Husband has always liked their flame broiled burgers. It hasn't ever been my favorite, but now he says he won't be back.
