Very hit or miss. Sometimes they are on top of it but the majority of the time it takes at least 15 to 20 minutes to get your food. And that’s after they ask you what order is yours because they’ve already forgotten that you ordered in the first place. Minimum wage income and minimum effort. Go to In N Out instead. Cheaper, better service, and not such a long wait.

By far the worst service I’ve ever gotten from any fast food place. Waited over 20 minutes for my food. I had to ask about 3 times where my order was. This is supposed to be fast food

Will never come back to this Burger King. We placed a mobile order and let them know when we arrived at the drive through. There were two cars ahead of us that took over 20 minutes to deal with. When we got to the pickup window, they acted like they knew nothing about the order and made it right then (which took almost 15 more minutes).
When we got home, we realized a whopper was missing and the rest of the food was rancid smelling and grey.
When requesting a refund on the app, we were initially offered $3. When we escalated, they offered $5 (our order was $30). A whopper alone costs $6.29 before tax, so they’re literally stealing money from us for the missing food and they did not care about the extremely poor quality of the rest of the “food”.
Highly recommend that nobody eats here.

Not only did it take an exceptionally long time in the drive thru the food was terrible. The bacon on my burger was raw. My Jalapeño poppers were rock solid. This was not a singular experience, it has been this way for the past few visits. I have given them all the chances I am willing. Would not recommend anyone eat here until significant changes are made.

I don't like kiosk ordering and it was an issue, but my granddaughter was hungry. Waited several minutes to get a cup because no one wants to interact with customers. Got our food and took it home to eat. It was decent.

So we ordered delivery the whole family.. When we received our food, we had 3 missing items. I reached the BK app for just the partial reimbursement and all they offered was a $10 coupon. Definitely not ordering from here anymore. Very unprofessional of BK to not be able to get a reimbursement just for the missing items.
This location definitely doesn’t know how to run a B-King. Tried this location 3 times. There’s is always something wrong. One day is the wrong order, another day because there is no lettuce, my last order our food was cold and the buns were replaced with different store buns.

Third time now I spent 10$ for lunch on past few weeks and my bun was hard as a rock. I can't even chew it. Complete failure all aroun. Impossible that even the person. Loading the bag dint feel this rock hard burger. I felt it grabbing a fry and almost turned around. But this will be my motivation to top eating your trash. On way to wally world now. I'm getting 5 bags of everything frozen and eating that instead.
