Ran thru drive thru and 40 minutes later left without purchasing. 2 cars in front of me (one ordering and one at pick up window). Not sure what happened, maybe short staffed? One lane drive thru had me blocked in making me late for an appointment.

I would like to state that this was my first and last visit to this BK. Went through drive thru on Friday March 8th. Waited in line to order which felt like forever for a fast food place. Once we ordered…we were asked to stay at the first window after paying. Never had that happened. I waited for a little bit but there was no one at the other window and several vehicles behind me. I went to the second window without being told. I waited to see if anyone would greet me. No one did after 5 minutes. So I honked and asked for my money back. I was asked why and I informed the guy at the window that this is ridiculous for a fast food place. The blonde manager came up and was met with hostility. She said your food is up next. By that time we were tired of waiting and didnt feel like we were met with customer service like we should have. Also, the time waiting at the second window, my husband and I seen 3 employees walk out and go over to Little Cesars. My husband and I waited for 25 mins total. Once we got our money. We went to Taco Bell and was in and out under 5 minutes. Like it should be for drive thru. I did make a recommendation that if we were communicated too about our food taking time to be fresh. We would of been fine, but it was the lack of communication and courtesy from the manager when we had this issue. Thank you for letting us know on our first visit that you are not the BK that we will go to again!! Sad to say because we like BK and this is the closest location. It is what it is. When I spend my hard earned money, I expect to be treated with courtesy.

I took my kids and I here and ordered ahead on the app. We went inside to eat but my food wasn't ready until 30 minutes after I ordered. The food was fine, but the wait was way too long, so I think I'd avoid this location if you want your food in a reasonable time.
I am surprised this Burger King is still open. It seems there is only 2 to 3 employees working at any given time of day. Went there last night at 9pm. There were three cars in front of me. It took 45 minutes from the time I ordered until I got to the window. I was so frustrated I didn’t stop. Just drove on through. They won’t be getting my business anymore. If the owners can’t find help, they should at least be in their store taking orders and flipping burgers. Worst BK I’ve ever been to.

Not a great value.I ordered a duo online for pickup and when I got it my burger and wrap were these little tiny things I ate in 2 bites. At Taco Bell I get a box for $5.50 and it has cheesy potatoes, a beefy 5 layer, a crunch wrap, and a drink. Won't be ordering here again until your prices or portions improve.
