I asked for extra mustard on my sandwich and it was covered in mustard the whole wrapper was covered plus food was halfass warm!! FF were cold and greasy tasting!!

Not pleased with the temperature of my food. I had ordered the small mac and cheese bites and they weren’t hot at all. I really don’t think this location care about their customers. I’ll continue to go to the one on hunt highway.

We placed an order for 2 eight-piece nuggets, a double cheeseburger and three orders of value fries for my kids. I redeemed 500 crowns for two orders of value fries and had a code for the burger and other order of fries for $4.99. The male employee at the window, asked if the codes were for the food I ordered at the box. I said, "Yes." He got upset and said I should have told him that at the speaker box. I kindly told him, " I'm sorry I did not know that." Apparently, he had to re-ring my order to use the codes. I asked why they did not have a sign at the speaker box stating to provide codes? He said, " Ugh, we used to but management made us take it down." He only used one of my codes because if there were two it would delete my order. I asked him if it was an operational problem, why was he being upset with the customer. He ignored me. Before I left i asked for napkins and BBQ sauce, he sighed and then reluctantly gave them to us. My husband and I were baffled by this employees rude behavior and we even asked him why he was so put out to help a customer?

Fries were cold and stale, mozzarella fries were overcooked, Whopper was decent. Drive thru attendant was friendly, but I had to wait for awhile (while they overcooked the sticks I guess).

When I received my food, the chicken sandwich was very satisfactory but the fries were cold, had too much salt, and dry. They had the appearance of day old potatoes that the staff tried to reconstitute unsuccessfully. You cannot boast having the best French fries in the business and allow the product to go through the window like this. Consistency is King.

This was the Burger King in Queen Creek. Your order must be placed through a kiosk/computer, there was absolutely no human interaction e during that process. Waiting for our order for about 10 to 15 minutes, no one acknowledged us or our order, until I think it was the "Manager" walked by us as we sat in a booth with no drinks or food. Not a good experience.

This location seems to be getting worse...the onion rings we just ordered were so cold and old!! I'm hoping we don't get sick after eating a couple of them...we had to throw them out...also my husband's shake was the consistency of milk and they had to put my cone in a cup because it wasn't thick enough to stay on the cone...why not say your machine isn't working or whatever the problem is...makes you mad bcuz things aren't cheap!!! Doubt we will be back!!!

Went in and all is they have was kiosk to place an order. Couldn’t get to work and employees just standing around talking. No one offered to help, nor were we greeted. Just walked out. Never will go back.

Old rust chip inside of burger I think it's from inside that machine they put it through they don't clean it cutmy upper mouth onitit a black chunk that comes out of grilling when not cleaned I think I'm going to have to get a lawyer and sue these people this is no joke

A couple weeks ago I came into this Burger King and the night crew messed up my order completely, And served me old food. Today I was rectified the morning manager. Cecilia was so amazing remade all my food. Fresh brought it to me outside. I would totally recommend going to this restaurant, even though we are only human and people make mistakes they can always make up for it.

They were out of ketchup inside and didn't put napkins in the bag after long drive through waits. This sort of thing is the norm for fast food these days.
