For 11+ years we've traveled 12 miles to and from our favorite Carls Jr knowing we will get a good meal, fresh and hot. It's an older establishment and it's kept up so good. The customer area and restrooms are very very clean . We give a lot of credit to the manager. She's such a pleasant and happy person. Her employees take after her too. Very friendly and caring. I always let her know how much we appreciate her care for us and her store. Kuddos to the Manager at Queen Creek AZ at Rittenhouse and Ocotillo Rd!!!!********** We would love to see a Carl's Jr in San Tan Valley AZ area!!!!! It's growing so fast and need more places to eat. Thank you to the QC Mgr!!!!

The western bacon cheeseburger was not right. It was made with some kind of crumble bacon instead of the bacon strips that are normally on it. Very disappointing and would not order that burger again unless they make it the way it used to be.

I came in for lunch today and had a great experience! The service was excellent—the staff were fast, friendly, and welcoming. The food looked just as good as it does in the photos on the menu, and tasted even better. I only waited about five minutes, but that’s because they made the burger fresh, which I really appreciated. I was highly impressed with this location and will definitely be recommending it and coming back again!

I've given this place several chances. Terrible. I don't know if management is the same or not but service here is always terrible ocer the years. Food is unprepared, incomplete, wrong. The place always seems dead and workers seemed unwelcoming. Orders are wrong like we are speaking a different language. Walk in and find out. I've gone to ther Carls jr in different states, cities, and this place or management ruin the experience. Simply disappointing.

I ordered the 2 fish/$5 deal and med fries on the app, paying for cheese on both (also ordered Xtra tartar on one) Picked up order, get home; not much tartar and no cheese on either of them. Countergirl didn't seem all that interested when I walked in to pick up the order, either. I tried calling the store, but no answer.

I ordered a burger that was $3.49 and a drink that was $3.19 you said my total was $11.04. it just doesn't add up. Unless tax is a lot higher than I knew about. Won't be going there again.
