The western burger deal with 11 made three’s by the Suns is the best promo ever!! Huge suns fan and now a huge Carls Fan!!!! Great food and delicious fried zucchini!!!!!! Food was tasty and staff was friendly, definitely see me there again.Vegetarian options: Beyond burger and lettuce wrap options

Went to Carl’s Jr to get food for my kiddo. Simple 2 piece chicken strip meal figuring that this place couldn’t manage to mess that up as bad as they do adult orders. BOY WAS I WRONG! Nearly $7 for what is in the attached photo, quarter for size. The meal ended up in the trash when I heard “mom these are yucky.” I tried 1 french fry and spat out the bite. The chicken was also half frozen on top of being more like chicken slivers. In the past month they’ve messed up a total of 5 orders, have done nothing about it. And the price I pay for the same meal goes up about $3 every other night. So far I’ve paid $12 for a meal they claim is $6.55 with tax. Done dealing with this place, I’ll go deal with the obscene lines over at jack in the box, at least you get what you pay for and the food is edible.

Does not know how to complete online orders. It will take them hours and turning away multiple drivers before they figure it out. This has happened 3 times for me personally.

We just went to go thru the drive through. We sat in the drive thru for almost 5 minutes without anyone answering us. So we went inside. There were customers inside but no employees. After a minute a young man walked up to the front with the headset around his neck and I told him we were just sitting in the drive thru and no one answered, his response was "ummm ok". So we walked out. If you have nothing but laziness and disrespect, you will not be having my business.

Don't get me wrong, the people are nice when I go inside BUT the food isn't always fresh even though they're always dead when I go. They also now have the AI drive through, hate it, it kept hiccuping and at the end got our meals wrong and we canceled it.We went on a later date, ordered nuggets and they were not even warm, clearly had been sitting for a long while.

I hadn't eaten at Carl's Jr for several years since living in Texas, so it is great that we have these the Valley. The burger was great, but the fries are what seal the deal for me. Carl's Jr has some of the best french fries around!

This is the second time I have been to this location where the employee was standing there on their phone and could not get their attention to order. The first time I had a line behind me honking so I pulled through and left. Tonight there was no one but I pulled around to the window and still could not get her attention. As you can see in the photo she is way to busy on her phone to help anyone! Absolutely unbelievable!
