Food and drinks are always great! Service is friendly and speedy. One of our go-tos when we want to eat out!
We have only visited twice but each time we had consistently great service, fresh and delicious food and the atmosphere is wonderful.
Don’t come to this restaurant expecting to get punched in the mouth with spice and intense flavors. While the food may not be completely authentic or pushed to some of the spice levels of authentic Mexican cuisine, it’s nevertheless fresh and delicious. The dishes we have had seem to be closer to Baja-style than the predominant Sonoran-style in AZ (although they still have Sonoran dishes on the menu). I found it to be a refreshing change. We love their fresh cantina-style chips that they serve at each table, the mild red salsa is flavorful, the mild green is good too but too sweet for our taste. If I’m craving more authentic and spicier food I can go less than a mile in any direction and get it from a truck, or stand (with a generous side of exhaust and dust). This is different but still excellent, it’s not bland, it doesn’t lack flavor even if it might lack some intensity. We can recommend the nachos appetizer, the fajitas and the chile relleno.
On our first visit, the restaurant was very busy, the hostess appeared to be new and overwhelmed and we were not greeted for some time. The restaurant is not large and might need notice accommodating any groups over the size of six. We had a bit of a wait on that first visit but once we were seated, we had excellent service and found the atmosphere clean and charming. On our second visit we were able to walk in and get seated immediately with very fast and attentive service. Highly recommend visiting Casa De Mina.
Cool little spot. Clean and wasn't crowded. The waiter brought fresh warm chips and 3 different salsas that were all good. My favorite was the sweet green Chile. The michelada mix was good and didn't taste watery like some do.
Best pancakes I have ever had at a restaurant and if you ask they will give you cinnamon whipped cream like they have for the kids meal. The place is cute and yummy
Went for lunch on a Saturday, with reservations for 6, the table wasn't ready for about 15 minutes, and there was only one waitress and the hostess on duty.
The people were nice, but the service was understandablely slow and we felt like a burden as the staff had to run from table to table, the kitchen, the bar to make our drinks, because there wasn't a bartender either. The food was pretty standard mexican food, but the prices were about 25% higher than they should be. An almost $200 lunch with tip for 6 people, no appetizers or deserts, and 3 alcoholic beverages. The margaritas were watered down, the tortilla chips were cold, and unseasoned. Weirdly, all the salsas, including the habanero, were not spicy, del taco Diablo is spicier. The green salsa was SWEET. How can a roasted green chile salsa be sweet, just an odd choice. The mains were standard, nothing to go out of my way for. My son DID love his carne asada sliders, and I couldn't get a picture to post; he ate two before I could get my phone out. The restaurant was a very cool white Pueblo two story place with plenty of parking. Oddly enough, this was an old family friend's house that was converted to the restaurant. This was supposed to be a special lunch for mothers day, unfortunately it was only mediocre.
Favorite Mexican food. Their beef fajitas are to die for, their shrimp burritos are amazing, and their h9t sauce is great (especially the sweet green one).
This has become our favorite breakfast place, the best for chilaquiles and their delicious Mina Pancakes, great service.

I had the chicken fajitas, which arrived hot and sizzling. 2nd photo is enchilada suiza. The food was excellent. We shared the very tasty and generous nachos appetizer, which easily fed four of us. Daniela was very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant. NOTE that the entrance is on Power Rd. Do not follow Maps instructions that send you through the back because the restaurant can not be accessed from there.

I would give it a zero if possible, the hostess would not seat us because there was only 1 server. There were only 4 tables occupied. This place is off my to go list. You suck
The atmosphere and service was great. Fair pricing. Definitely will go back.
