At minimum, one item is always poorly done. Steak or Chicken is very fatty and poor quality. Guacamole always has very large chunks. Chips are rarely fully cooked. Rice is under cooked half of the time. Sad how downhill it has gotten.

Place was a little busy, was out of sour cream which sucked a little but dude hooked up the fountain drink and my burrito was perfect minus the sour cream. Still a 5 star experience

Terrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes outside when they open at 11am. A associate walks outside when 4 other people are also waiting to tell us that they are closed until 12:30pm. Apparently you guys should have thought about notifying everyone earlier by placing a sign out so nobody waits! Use some common sense people!

The food it what is but time after time the service is terrible. The line is often not staffed, workers rudely greet you, they rush you down the line by aggressive throwing food into your bowl or burrito, and if you order more than a few items, they roll their eyes and say things under their breath. I’ve experienced multiple times workers going down the line looking at each other, rolling eyes, and smirking angrily as they make the food. I usually don’t post reviews at all, let alone negative, but over the last 18 months, this location has been terrible for service. The location on octillo and ironwood has atleast had friendly service. The Ellsworth location seems to have a poor manager setting the tone for how his/her staff treat customers

Food was portioned unreasonably small. my husband ordered a quesarito today for lunch and the girl taking our order turned to a coworker and said "who orders a quesarito in the afternoon." like im sorry that you had to do your job? She was around 5'3 darker complexion and brown hair/eyes. Such an inconvenience at a job you chose. right?
