I don't usually leave reviews but I went at noon and my experience was very rushed. I ordered a bowl and they wouldn't even give me a second to respond and rushed me through the whole line. I'm not someone who goes to Chipotle often. She had packaged my bowl when I wasn't even done talking to finish adding to my order. I get they're in a rush but there was literally just 2 people behind me. I got out in less than 3 minutes, it was rude. Can they let me finish ordering before packing my order.
I ordered a Grilled Chicken burrito with rice. I got a fat burrito with about a pound of rice and a dusting of chicken pieces. 99% rice 1% chicken. The tortilla was extremely chewy and rubbery. It’s one of the worst foods I’ve eaten in a long time.
We also ordered a large cheese quesadilla, the app says it comes with guacamole. Well, the employees said it was an up charge, so we didn’t get quac.
It had been years since we eaten chipotle and today we were reminded why we don’t ever go there. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this company.

I was shocked to see a rather large burrito in the bag, but disgusted to find out: it's a rice burrito. I ordered chicken, pinto beans, white rice, lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. Just look at that picture. It's just rice with a little sour cream and a garnish of lettuce.

I have been coming since this location opened. They are wildly inconsistent with their portions from visit to visit and even customer to customer. They talk to you like they are robots leaving customer service to be desired. There is one lady who I don't know her name, she is awesome! She's consistent with her portions and tries to strike up a conversation with you. Its to the point where I visit multiple times a week but only go in if she is working.

The reviews about cross contamination and food poisoning reigned true for me here last night. I was already nervous reading those, but thought maybe they're one-offs. The place was very busy, the employees seemed a bit hasty and not so courteous to me. Not a good indicator of a clean, well run business. Got a chicken bowl, felt nauseous shortly after eating. Hours later, food poisoning kicked in and stayed with me all night. Very unfortunate.

Last night, I had a chicken bowl and got food poisoning from it. It has never happened here before, but it was horrible. Anyways I am done with Chipotle after that experience.

I’m usually a huge fan of chipotle so I feel bad but it needs to be called out! I’m usually a very reasonable person however when I told them which meat I wanted, I kid you not they barely put any into the bowl. I don’t need a lot of meat however I was completely shocked by how little they put in and I asked if they could put a little more because that wasn’t a ton and she just said no I’ll charge you extra. Which, if you want extra meat, that makes sense however, she barely put anything in and I didn’t see it as fair. I got Barbacoa and I could count maybe 3 pieces. She also was not kind about it. I love chipotle but I will not be returning to this location. Usually, they’re on top of it, but how she treated me and how she barely put any meat into my bowl was actually pretty crazy.
I’m not sure if the person making the meat was just lazy and didn’t want to make more then they needed so maybe they were trying to be stingy however I’m paying for lunch and out of the 100 times I’ve been to chipotle I was shocked by the amount this time. If that’s the new amount of meat that’ll be put into bowls I will no longer be going to chipotle. If you look closely in the pictures I took, there’s hardly any meat. I was moving my toppings around so you guys can see.

The coat of a double meat burrito is 26 dollars. The lady was sloppy with the scoops. Which I would say lost a half of a scoop per meat. Won't stop at this one again.
I've been to this location like 3 times and every single time, they are terrible. They give you the smallest portions i have ever seen. It's ridiculous. I ask them for more rice and veggies and the workers always roll their eyes. It's just upsetting. The bowl should be filled and everytime I've been here the bowls are half way.

Chipotle has really gone down hill in terms of service.
Just left this location with my family and all of us were shocked at how bad the service was.
The gal at the register and the one in the middle of the food line need a serious attitude check.

They try really hard not to give you a decent amount of meat and toppings when you are getting a bowl or tacos. For the tacos, they give you the amount of meat that is in one bite and spread that over the whole taco and that's how much you get. If you ask for a tiny bit more, they say, "Do you want double meat?" No, no, I don't want double meat, I just want a normal amount and to not just eat a taco shell, cheese and lettuce for dinner. The same goes with any of the toppings. For the price they charge, it is not worth it for how stingy they try to be when putting together your order.

I ordered for myself, and I picked up a doordash, and the staff was very unfriendly, very unprofessional, not trained on allergy protocols definitely a lot across contamination and frankly, very slow and very backed up you can see both my order is ripped up in the bag because they overfilled, without double bagging. And they did not give silverware or lemons up front, nor did they give instructions on where they were. I wandered around for a while, because they're around the back corner.. and frankly, the place could use a cleaning lot across contamination, like I said. When I got there, there was no line, but within minutes, they were all there and none of them seemed to know how to handle that many people.
Vegetarian options: Veggies and guacamole and cheese, if you're doing that.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free vegan and vegetarian options, but this particular location is not great i'd definitely pick a different location
