A franchise that feel like a mom and pop shop because it basically is. Made from scratch vegan cinnamon rolls, lots of deliciously sweet combinations. They have dole whip, cookies, brownies, edible cookie dough, banana bread and more! Every sweet tooth in your family will find something to love here.
Surprisingly the entire menu is vegan! I had no idea until after I ate it and matt told me. The cookie batter icing was exceptional. Tasted like real cram cheese frosting. So heavy taste or oils. And the cinnamon roll was perfectly crispy and gooey.
The owners Matt and Taylor make sure that the atmosphere is a place where you look forward to coming back to visit. Come support a new business in QC. We ordered the very berry cinnamon roll. It was berry good!

I have been going here since they have opened ! The very berry will ALWAYS be my favorite ! You can’t go wrong with anything there , everything is so yummy ! The people there so always so welcoming and kind! The owner is very kind and genuine! 10/10 would recommend

Apparently the staff here doesn’t understand what paying for extra berries mean.

Very disappointing experience at this location on Gantzel in Queen Creek. I waited over 30 minutes just for two old-school cinnamon rolls, even though there were only two people ahead of me. One worker was at the counter while another came out from the back once the place started filling up.

What really made this a bad experience was the lack of basic hygiene and professionalism. While packing the previous order, one of the workers dropped a box on the floor, then used his shoe to lift it, grabbed it with his gloved hand, and continued serving without changing gloves or washing his hands. That’s completely unacceptable in any food establishment.

This place seriously needs better training, attention to cleanliness, and management oversight. Definitely a 1-star visit — I won’t be coming back.

Incredible atmosphere! The people working here are so happy and pleasant. These cinnamon rolls are the absolute best anywhere. They are fresh baked, from scratch every morning and taste delicious. This is unlike other pastry stores where the product is made in a factory and then shipped to the local outlet. I make it a point to come here at least once a week to indulge my sweet tooth.

I avoided this place for years because I don't like cinnamon rolls. I took my kids in for their $2 special and I tried a bite and I was blown away with how good these are. Seriously, amazingly good. I love that they are Vegan!

This place was amazing! I got the chance to meet the owner Matthew of this location. He was super friendly and kind. If you get the chance to stop by would definitely recommend this location. Super clean and well managed. If you’re a cookie dough fan would definitely recommend getting some!

Oh my goodness! Amazing! We have 2 children with severe food allergies, so we avoid most restaurants. When we find things that work, it's like Christmas morning. We tried Cinnaholic recently without realizing that it was a vegan bakery. When we discovered that almost everything would work for our kids, we were so excited. 2 days later we tried it again and had our kids try it...it was a success!! And they taste so good!
We are so thankful to have a local treat restaurant that is completely safe for our children.
The bakers are so friendly and accommodating; they happily answered all our questions about ingredients.

This is my go-to place for fresh vegan banana bread and their seasonal pumpkin loaf. I never walk out with just one. While my kids love the cinnamon rolls, the staff are always friendly, and the owner always goes above and beyond to interact with customers

Experience I went with the classic cinnamon rolls (Old Skool I think was the actual name) and they amazing.

Butttt they have a ton of these specialty rolls that they do too! I have my eye on one called very berry roll and the Carmel apple pie roll that I will be back for :p

I also met the owners, who were awesome, they are super friendly and clearly passionate about their shop! Great vibe, great dessert. I’ll definitely be back!

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Cinnaholic Queen Creek, specifically with the owners, Matthew and Telor.
​I was so excited to order a custom cake for my husband's birthday and was in communication with them for nearly two months to finalize the details. Despite my consistent effort and the long lead time, they never followed through on the order.
​What was most shocking and upsetting was the way I was treated. After months of communication, I was left feeling like a horrible customer and felt completely disrespected. The lack of professionalism and the poor treatment from the owners was truly unbelievable, especially when dealing with such a special occasion.
​I cannot recommend this location based on the complete lack of customer service and respect shown to a paying customer. The owners, Matthew and Telor, need to seriously re-evaluate how they handle their business and their customers. I was incredibly let down.

Love this place. Just took the fam here and it tasted amazing. I've been here before and couldn't resist getting the apple pie one again. So good! The owner was very cool and even offered a free roll due to an error out of their control. Great atmosphere and vibe. Perfect for my cinnaholic needs.

Walked into Cinnaholic and almost called 911, not for me but for my tastebuds because they nearly died of happiness. The smell hits you like a sugar freight train and suddenly you’re drooling like Pavlov’s dog.

The cinnamon rolls? Absolute madness with frosting, toppings, cookie dough, the whole dessert circus. The staff are young, upbeat, and actually care. Met the franchise owner today too, a salt-of-the-earth Chicago guy who clearly loves his people and his customers.

This place deserves to blow up. Come hungry, leave in a sugar coma, and love every second of it.
