Me and the family went here instead of our usual one on Ironwood. And wow was it a mistake. 1st while placing the order i noticed the price seemed high so i asked for a receipt the cashier refused. and said one will come with the food. After our long wait for our food i found it Was not a real receipt, so I had to go back up and ask for the real receipt. Which in turn i found he charged us for a fountain drink we did not order (kinda suspicious). and I was not informed swapping the small French fry for cheese curds was going to cost $2.70 extra thats crazy. Also food was cold. Which i thought was weird since we waited so long to get the food. And last we order our scoops and after a long wait i looked up front and saw all 5 just sitting on the back counter so i waited to see if they would be brought up but never did ( now i know why my food was cold) so i had to go ask for them to find they only put about half a scoop in 3 out of the 5 but they were good so there ls that. The only reason I did not complain at the store was because we paid with a gift card.

Drove through the drive up. Waited almost 20 min. When we heard from the server, we were asked our name?? Ordered a crispy chicken, large fries and single deluxe butter burger. We were given a numbered sticker and was posted on the side view mirror. What was the name about-no idea!! Pulled around and waited another 10 minutes before receiving our order. The car behind us got their order before us. We live about 2 miles from the business. Upon opening up our bag, my crispy chicken sandwich was missing the top bun! My single deluxe butterball was a double! Checked my receipt and sure enough also paid for a double! Tasting the fries, they were cold and had to put them in the microwave to get them warm! All this at around 6pm on a Sunday evening. Unbelievably poor everything. Will think again before visiting that establishment.

It's not very often that a fast food joint is so bad it's comical!! Wanting some ice cream, I decided to stop into Culvers to get the hot coco flavor with Andies mints mixed in, sounds delightful huh!! After sitting in the very long drive through line for about 10 minutes, I decided to park and go inside as the line only advanced one car. I was able to order pretty quickly and the cashier was pretty nice, however, he charged me extra for whipped cream, for which I didn't ask for. While waiting for my ice cream, and people watching, I noticed the man standing next to me was not happy. He had apparently been waiting for a long time, and when he inquired about his order, receipt in hand, they had no record of it. He had to order again. I hope he got his money back for the first order, and got a free meal. After that I saw, not one, or two, or even three, but four other people come to the counter with their receipts because something was wrong with their order, it was crazy! All that in the 10 or so minutes I was waiting for my order. When I got to the counter to get my ice cream, wouldn't you know, the whipped cream was missing. They were consistent, I'll give them that! Also, it turns out, Andies mints get very waxy when frozen and ruined my ice cream! Hopefully it was just a really rough night!!

Really not sure what happened, but they didnt get anything correct on our order. For one burger, we asked for mushrooms, grilled onions, and jalapeños - and we only got the jalapeños. On another burger we asked for no tomato, and not only did we get tomato on this one, we also got jalapeños, and the first burger didnt get one. They mixed up everything lol.

Really excited for this location to open. Culver's is a Midwest staple and this location is true to their roots. Love the custard and the butter burgers. Super friendly staff. Give them a try!

First time in at this location. Ordered a burger and was asked if I wanted to make it a value basket. Normally I just get the sandwich but thought I would try the extras. Getting the value basket gets you a fry and drink, and of course was ready to pay for the upgrade, because I chose to have cheese curds and a sundae. My total came to over $20. I questioned the $3.80 and the cashier explained that was the charge for the value basket…makes sense. But when I got home and checked the website for prices…since I did not receive an itemized receipt, it ended up that I was charged for the full price of the curds and the sundae. Long story short, I was over charged.

The design of the drive through is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. We waited 30 minutes in line just to order, ordered 3 ice creams, and have been waiting another 30 minutes for the ice cream to be given to us. This is absolutely ridiculous
