Showed up to watch the UFC Fights. Your site shows that is shows ALL UFC Fights, but at the Queen Creek location, they were not show the fight. Fight 301 (5/4/2024) was not being played. Paid our tab and left. Basically a waist of our time to come to D&B to see the fights and not even being played. Had to go to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Says online they show EVERY UFC fight and came to see ufc 300 and watched it and this time we made reservations to watch UFC 301 with multiple people and they didn’t show it. Glad Buffalo Wild Wings is in the same parking lot because they showed the fight there and we didn’t miss much. Kind of a bummer I like the food at Dave and busters a lot more but ate there and left to see the fight.

I've been there about 4 different times now and the only reason I go back is because my kids like to play the games. The food is good ,but it takes forever to get it. Well it takes forever for the servers to assist. They are friendly so im assumming the issue is the lack of staff.

Came in on a Saturday at noon and it wasn’t too busy. Ordered a cheese burger, the bun was stale and the patty did not taste quite right. My husband ordered their chicken pasta and it came out with the smallest slab of chicken. Had to order another breast. Their truffle fries were actually pretty good, only thing I can say that was worth trying. Our server, I think her badge said Tequila, was awesome though. Very attentive and checked up on us frequently. She is the reason I am giving more than one star.Games were ok, some were malfunctioning and not connecting to the server. My brother used a crap ton of tokens for one of the VR games for it to be glitching and the screen turning off randomly while playing.Overall our party had fun just because we were together but it would have been so much better if the food and games were equally as great.

Thank you, Sean!!! The Manager went above and beyond to make our Experience very enjoyable!!! Then, we were short by a little bit of tickets told me to go to the bowling game and you get a bunch of tickets from!! We’ll be back for sure! Had a blast with the kiddo and she got her stuffed animals!!!!

Eh it’s fun, but the prizes are way over priced. $80 got us 2 lives of candy and a whoopie cushion. Yayyy.

We came here 03/02/24 night, and noticed that our tickets weren't adding up like they should. We'd won a couple Jackpots, and knew the amount should have been higher. Upon checking the play record we noticed that a bunch of our tickets were not loaded on our card. We took the print out to management, and they said they'd give us only part of the tickets we knew we won because we couldn't prove the amount. I requested that they pull cameras, and they denied my request. They basically told me I needed to be grateful they were willing to give me anything at all. I'm not going to feel grateful for being screwed out of something I legitimately won, and the assertion that I should is, quite frankly, offensive.

One of the ticket redemption girls made an honest mistake and called the manager over! Sean (manager) admitted they messed up and made it right for me and my two boys with some free pizza and fries! This is the type of actions that will always keep us coming back to Dave and busters queen creek! Thanks so much !

This was the worst Dave n Busters I ever went to before. Loud expectevted, had a strawberry margaritas, the worst ever. SMALL glass, 5 large strawberry infused ice cubes, I took out ice cubes n a quarter glass liquid. Could not taste alcohol at all. Asked bartender her said shot of tequila n half something else. Bullshit! Cost over 12.00 never go back. Called to complain put on hold n then told to leave message, total crap!
