I’ve been coming here for years and have consistently ordered the same thing. However, tonight the gentleman working made something else. When I expressed my dismay and confusion, he essentially said tough luck. I politely asked if it would be remade correctly or a refund be given and he refused. I’m not sure if the language barrier played a factor or not, but I ended up leaving without a smoothie that I paid $10 for and not sure I’ll be coming back after this interaction.

She would not give me any information I asked for I asked for her name she would not tell me it and then I asked her if I came in five minutes before it was closing would I have enough time to get my drink she told no I am a regular here and the blonde girl I love but her no thank you

Did a DoorDash order pick up. Arrived at the time DoorDash gave me. Both drinks were melted and I asked for them to be remade. She refused. One drink had a dark black hair in it so she remade that one but still refused to remake the other melt drink so I had to purchase another slushie. First time having an unpleasant experience. Maybe train the employees on better customer service. If the one drink wouldn’t have had a hair, she would not have remade it. (11/18/25 around 1:10-1:20pm)

4 out of the 10 machine are broken. No sample cups to try flavors. 30 bucks for 4 yogurts cups half full. No greeting when we entered and with nobody else here.

Very impressed with this place. My gf was craving boba so we stopped in and got the brown sugar milk tea, it was so good!! Plus the girl working there was so nice. We will definitely be back!

I like the place, the tea fusions can be great, but their yogurt machines are breaking down over time and they aren't fixing them. The last time I went, a couple of months ago now, they only had 2 machines, 4 flavors if yogurt, down from like 6 machines and 12 flavors. My daughter used to drag me down there once a week for yogurt, Hawaiian Delight I think, but that machine died recently, so fewer trips.
Came in at about 8:20pm tonight (I’m a repeating customer) but the girl working tonight was extremely rude to my kids. Giving them dirty looks and then scolded them for not using the tongs (which I understand they should have used) however we’re talking about children who are too short to see the top where the tong basket was placed so they wouldn’t have known. Please get employees who value your customers or you’ll drive customers away if it hasn’t happened already. Not to mention, she clicked her tip option instead of giving me the opportunity to select myself which is also greedy and unprofessional.
