Me and my husband came here for lunch and the food was great, the two young ladies were just so sweet/inviting, also the meats were perfect and moist!

Why do you guys keep on selling roast beef and saying brisket? This is not even CLOSE to brisket, it literally tastes like and breaks apart in strands just like a roast out of the crock pot but your saying it’s smoked brisket and charging us like it is too, this is the second time I’ve come here now and you’ve served me this and it’s the same kid who was at the register last time that didn’t have a clue of what he was doing just like last time and still doesn’t know how to work anything or cut anything and constantly re asks you the same questions over and over while fidgeting around the whole time and I paid for a drink and the machine wasn’t even working and he ignored me when I asked about it, the turn around rate at this location is insane, it’s always someone new working there and clearly they don’t pay the employees enough cause everyone’s always quitting and there’s almost always only one employee there working cause the other quit or didn’t show up and the lines backing up taking 15 minutes per person cause the person is brand new and has no help and doesn’t know what they’re doing cause they were never trained properly and the owners could care less how horrible the expierience is for customer or their employee and it’s just a joke at this point, instead of paying someone an extra couple bucks per hr to keep some quality trained reliable employees theyd rather just run their business into the floor and squeeze every penny out of it selling crock pot roast as brisket and it’s getting worse and worse everytime I go to this location, they need to shut this location down and when they actually do give you brisket instead of roast it’s the driest most rough thing you’ve ever had you can barely swallow it with out choking on it so you have to drench it in bbq sauce and drink a bunch of water with it

They got really busy, which is understandable. But I feel like I'm doing their best to give drink options to people when they're running out of stuff shows that they care. That's why for service. I gave them a 5

This is a joke I go here. Never been here before. I ordered two briskets and a chicken. They tell me those are 3 oz. I don't think so and then on top of it the garlic bread looks like something that my 12-year-old makes in the oven just on plain bread. The brisket is really dry like they put it in the damn dehydrator. The portions are so small. I would never ever ever go here again. If you guys look at my pictures you'll see the portions between me and my wife and that's basically a snack. But all in all I will never go here again and I thought Rudy's was bad. This place takes the Cake. I would never go here ever again. The Texas toast it looks like it's just on regular bread

WATCH YOUR DEBIT CARD! I was there on July 26 and ordered food to go. I put my debit card in the machine three or four times, but the screen was doing something strange (flashing a message) and the cashier kept hitting "cancel" before I could read it all. Finally she said the system was malfunctioning, and asked if I could just "pay cash." (She said she could reset the system, but it would take "at least" 10 minutes.) I had cash, so I paid the bill. I have the receipt from the cash transaction. On July 30, my bank posted the debit card amount (which included a tip). When we called Dickey's, the store manager was nice and said she'd have to call corporate. When she called back, she said corporate couldn't find the transaction amount charged on my debit card (even with a date and pretty close time), so we'd have to take it up with the bank. Since I don't have a receipt for the same amount (when I paid cash, the tip was separate), the bank won't do anything about it. SO, I'm out $55 and change after paying TWICE for a family meal. In retrospect, it looks like the employees might have pocketed the cash and then charged the card. (Perhaps not, but it does seem suspicious.) Needless to say, we will NOT be going back to Dickeys.

I've had many great experiences at a different location in Gilbert but this one is awful. There's a rotating door of employees, huge turn over rate. So you have noobs that don't have any clue how to prepare food and work a cash register. And you got be on top of everything happening. As they bag your order or you'll get home with food missing. Then you can't call and talk to a manager because they don't answer the phone. There's better options out there, choose wisely. Stop giving money to places that treat you like a number and can't even answer the phone or even respond when you reach out to corporate to complain.

This place is hit or miss. I've been here several times and the food has either been good, or bad. The brisket this time was very dry, and I mean dry. I nearly choked on it when swallowing. Sausage links had good flavor, but they were incredibly greasy. I'm surprised I could taste anything at all with the amount of grease that coated the inside of my mouth. As I'm writing this I'm starting to feel sick to my stomach. For the price you pay I expect top notch BBQ every time, because this place isn't cheap when it comes to their prices, but they are when it comes to their quality. Don't think I'll be returning.
