So this was about as terrible an experience in customer service order fulfillment timing and resolution as possible. We ordered for delivery (uber-eats) for a party of 5 with a total over $116. The restaurant got the order wrong they were out of root beer - instead of substituting refunding the $4 plus dollars per drink they just wrote out on receipt. The BBQ restaurant failed to include BBQ sauce with the order of BBQ. We ordered at 5:40 said to arrive at 6:15 we FINALLY received our delivery at 7:15. We contacted the restaurant they blamed Uber Eats and said it wasn’t their problem and they weren’t responsible for anything such as the missing food items. Uber Eats credited us $2 for the $12 worth of missing drinks. This was the second time Dickeys has really screwed up our dinner. This happened on a Tuesday night. No reason for issues or lack of customer service. Dickeys has lost our business. Caldwells is getting all our business for now on. Professionalism goes along way.

Gotta tell ya! Visited my local Dickeys to take advantage of the buy one get one free Baker Potato deal...This Potato is huge! I chose the chopped Beef Brisket with bacon, cheese, sour cream, green onions, It was sooooo good, add a little sweet bbq sauce on top and OMG Yum! Amber prepared my Potato and I was able to request whichever toppings I wanted or didn't want. She was so friendly, the restaurant was very clean, I will definitely keep coming to this location. Try it! You will be happy you did!

Me and my family went, Staff was yelling at us, food was horrible and cold, not worth the price. These establishments need to close down they don't deserve to be open I see customers complaining about them constantly their management and business is a joke. Save your money and get actual BBQ

Me and my husband came here for lunch and the food was great, the two young ladies were just so sweet/inviting, also the meats were perfect and moist!

Love coming here!! The staff is always friendly and outgoing. Both girls with the tattoos are always cracking jokes and making a fun, positive and happy environment. The food is also delicious

Their food is all to spicy. Not everyone likes hot spicy food the brisket was dty even the BBQ SAUCE is spicy you definitely can't have family night here because kids are not gonna eat this food

Why do you guys keep on selling roast beef and saying brisket? This is not even CLOSE to brisket, it literally tastes like and breaks apart in strands just like a roast out of the crock pot but your saying it’s smoked brisket and charging us like it is too, this is the second time I’ve come here now and you’ve served me this and it’s the same kid who was at the register last time that didn’t have a clue of what he was doing just like last time and still doesn’t know how to work anything or cut anything and constantly re asks you the same questions over and over while fidgeting around the whole time and I paid for a drink and the machine wasn’t even working and he ignored me when I asked about it, the turn around rate at this location is insane, it’s always someone new working there and clearly they don’t pay the employees enough cause everyone’s always quitting and there’s almost always only one employee there working cause the other quit or didn’t show up and the lines backing up taking 15 minutes per person cause the person is brand new and has no help and doesn’t know what they’re doing cause they were never trained properly and the owners could care less how horrible the expierience is for customer or their employee and it’s just a joke at this point, instead of paying someone an extra couple bucks per hr to keep some quality trained reliable employees theyd rather just run their business into the floor and squeeze every penny out of it selling crock pot roast as brisket and it’s getting worse and worse everytime I go to this location, they need to shut this location down and when they actually do give you brisket instead of roast it’s the driest most rough thing you’ve ever had you can barely swallow it with out choking on it so you have to drench it in bbq sauce and drink a bunch of water with it

I enjoy Dickeys, it's not terribly expensive and the food is good.
