Domino's Pizza

Every time... Thinking it will be different. They must stay busy by remaking pizza every time. Dead serious I usually don't order from Domines but I am celiac and have to have gluten free, yet I order regular stuff as well because of my family and spend too much, it's messed up every single time. I'm ordering online not like it's an accident. This Domino's is a nightmare. Under new management still a flipping nightmare. I honestly don't understand if it's printed on my receipt left on the box how is it wrong every time... Like someone doing quality control looks at the pizza going out and is like yep has multiple toppings when it has none ..I think it's on purpose at this point. Waiting for a new manager that actually cares. What sucks is every time I make a new review it replaces the last one.,.... Last time they had left the pizza at the door because I wanted to tip in person I'm a server and top well, I called as we didn't know our pizza was out there and cold called and asked them to send the same driver which they didn't nightmare every time

Waited 1.5 hrs for 2 cold pizzas and no garlic sauce I paid for. WORST Dominoes in the area. Order from a phoenix location it'll get there quicker

I could not tell you how the food is because I never got any. The gentleman that was working on the register has no idea what kind of specials are offered to customers? I was able to find what I was looking for online and get it from the store closer to my house. Sorry they lost the sale over laziness and ignorance.

Dont go to this particular Dominos if you have a special order. Ive had to wait several times past the time my order was done. One time even talked the general manager and its still occuring.

Papa John's always has the most affordable pizza compared to the rest. My main problem with Domino's is that you nickel and dime me for garlic sauce. I live for garlic sauce on my pizza, especially bc I can't have cheese. When I order from Papa John's it always comes with the pizza for free. There's also tastes way better, yours lacks the buttery flavor, it just tastes like garlic and something else. You do always get my orders correct which is another plus.

Giving them 1 star is going above and beyond … I order pizza frequently and was told by Payton that pan pizza comes raw the pizza was dough literally dough … they did however offer a refund by osiana after Payton hung up on me . I didn’t necessarily want a refund I just wanted it made right . And this is after tipping 10 on the card and ten in cash …this dominoes needs to learn a bit in the area of customer service …. I called the wrong store first and they were more than happy to remake my food however it was not the location I ordered from I guess we’ll try Pizza Hut this evening … smh

The delivery driver was so nice! And the food was hot and delivered 20 min earlier than expected! I only waited like 25 min after placing the order and it was at my door!

Ordered Honey BBQ wings last night along with 2 pizzas for delivery. Pizza was decent but extremely disappointed in how wings look. Not at all like they were last time I had them! Although because I was hungry I ate 4 of them that actually had sauce and they were tough as well. In my opinion, food really gone downhill.
