Worst experience ever. I don’t even know where to begin.
- online order allows any address to place orders but then store calls almost an hour later to say our address is out of delivery zone.
- call to rectify because I used rewards for free pizza and wanted to order from a dominos that would deliver. Spoke to “supervisor” Clayton- who I believe failed customer service training. Audibly laughed at me when I asked to speak to someone higher up

Ordered our pizza and never got it. They never answered their phone when I called to check the status.
My order was 2 hrs late,I was told only one delivery driver came in today, order shows up incorrect and cold. I called to
request a remake and was told it would be a long wait due to delayed driver...I asked to pick up and was told they were backed up. I finally requested a refund and was told it takes 24 hrs. I'm just hoping the order is refunded. The food was tossed. Truly disappointed
