I have had store-bought frozen pizza that tasted better than this. There is no crust and the dough was grainy and had a texture of cardboard. For 22$, I was hoping for better. I asked that they don't cut it so we could reheat it at home. Opened the box to find it was cut in something like 28 tiny squares, which should be a cardinal sin. One and done for my family. We did curbside pickup and the young man was very nice and polite. I hope they can fix their recipe. It's become impossible to find good pizza around here.

I'm visiting from out of town for a bachelorette party and wanted to order my group some pizza. Not recognizing any of the local pizzerias, I took a chance on Donatos. I was a little skeptical, as I couldn't find any reviews, but something in my gut told me Donatos was the choice this evening. I couldn't be happier that I followed my intuition, because once Donatos arrived, I found myself in a state of pure euphoria. I will say though, when the boxes arrived embellished with the "Red Robin" logo, I was taken aback. But upon opening the box, I saw the pizza had been cut into bite sized squares. Confused? Maybe. Intrigued? Absolutely. I grabbed a square (which was still warm - I felt the heat) and became in awe by not only the texture, but it seemed as though the taste and effort was a beautiful collaboration if you will. Yes, there may be a lack of reviews. But, if you give the underdog a shot, it delivered...no pun intended.

Ordered pizza from here and we were delivered only 1 of 3 pizzas but it wasn't even the correct pizza. By the time we got it the location was closed and we couldn't get the correct pizzas delivered to us. We did get refunded but I think that was threw doordash. The pizza itself wasn't great but also wasn't terrible. I'd prefer dominos over this.

I don't know what others experience was but it wasn't the best pizza ever BUT they DO NOT skip on toppings at all. Very good for AZ pizza. will order again. My favorite Spinatos is not delivered in QC.. so better than other options. Again tho.. no skipping on toppings

The pepperoni pizza was gross. The crust was doughy and soggy. It still had the taste and texture of raw dough. It's mushy and very undercooked. Between the two of us, we ate about 1/8th of the pizza.

This pizza has no flavor. The sauce tastes like plain old tomato sauce out of a can. No seasoning or spices. The cheese tastes almost artificial. Kind of like that fake cheese for lactose intolerant people. The topping choices are pretty basic. The crust was gummy and under cooked. Like it's previously frozen. I will definitely never order from here again.

Pizza was smoky. One of the worst pizzas ever ordered. Both my wife and I disliked it. I am a pizza lover and rank this a hair better than pizza hut which Is the worst.

The 14" Pepperoni Pizza was absolutely awful. The crust is lousy, the cheese doesn't taste like real cheese and the pepperoni was of substandard quality. The Cobb Salad is so small for the price. I'll never use this place again.

Ordered this place two nights in a row. They say it's edge to edge pepperoni but it was a little disappointing when it wasn't. However the pizza was pretty freaking good the way it was and the wings come with chips and pickles.
