First of all, the music was so loud in there we couldn't even hear each other or the employees. The girl helping us had really no knowledge of what they had or didn't have. The donuts were not fresh and we went at 8 am. We will not be going back as this was not the first time experiencing this

Friendly service depending on the day. Last week my frozen drink was leaking all over my cupholder. Made a big mess. This weekend the staff was in shambles. They had no clue who ordered what in the drive thru and it wasn't even that busy. Worker was going to give me 2 large drinks plus he had no clue what I had ordered but was going to take my payment anyway. They need to replace the staff there with competent people. Seriously.
I use the drive through and my coffee is always perfect. Egg and cheese wraps are great.

Yesterday I had ordered a drink and a Turkey Sausage, Egg and Cheese on an English Muffin via Drive-Thru. I was given an Egg and Cheese on an English Muffin instead. I didn’t notice until I was on the road of the mistake, I took a photo and kept my receipt along with the printed out item receipt. I wasn’t able to turn around and get the mistake resolved, but I stopped by the next day and showed my photos and receipt to a cashier. The manager fixed the issue, and it wasn’t a big deal by any means. Give this place a chance, the staff is more than willing to work with you to resolve an issue in the event that one arises. The mistake was not intentional. Thanks to the staff and manager involved (I didn’t get their names). Should this have to happen? I don’t know, I’ve never worked in the food industry so I don’t feel like I have any sort of say, though having the mistake fixed was easy. Cut these folks some slack and talk to them like they’re people. At the end of the day, they’re just people like you and I.

Stopped by this morning to get a quick breakfast sandwich and muffin coz running late for work and was hungry. Got at work parking lot and when I check the bag theres only 1 muffin in it. So disappointed . Where's my sandwich? 😑

This location is awful! Came here months ago one time when my regular location was closed and the whole box of donuts was so stale we ended up throwing them out. I know the location doesn’t get much business as I never ever see cars in the drive thru. So I took the loss. Went back today to see if they had the almond croissant that my other location was out of…they had it! But it was hard as a rock and cold. I can’t believe they’re even selling their food with it being such bad quality…I’ll never return to this location. It would be better off closing down since no one else seems to come here either.

Will the franchise owner please care about their own business, or just sell it. This location is rough, if you are on the go. With such a limited menu it’s wild. They need to work through training and efficiency with their staff.
