Stopped by this morning to get a quick breakfast sandwich and muffin coz running late for work and was hungry. Got at work parking lot and when I check the bag theres only 1 muffin in it. So disappointed . Where's my sandwich? 😑

This location is awful! Came here months ago one time when my regular location was closed and the whole box of donuts was so stale we ended up throwing them out. I know the location doesn’t get much business as I never ever see cars in the drive thru. So I took the loss. Went back today to see if they had the almond croissant that my other location was out of…they had it! But it was hard as a rock and cold. I can’t believe they’re even selling their food with it being such bad quality…I’ll never return to this location. It would be better off closing down since no one else seems to come here either.

Sunday morning and way understaffed. The 5 customers in front of me left without being acknowledged. Bad customer service, long wait and to top it off I got the wrong drink. Lame.

This is my favorite Dunkin in the area. The location on Hunt Hwy is a dumpster fire. Everyone has been pleasant at this location and orders have been accurate.

Two times ago, they got my black coffee, medium roast wrong. I went with the mistake and enjoyed what they gave me. It was not what I wanted, but it ended up being good.
At 6:30 AM this morning I went to pickup donuts. The employee was rude and acted bothered that I was making her work. Additionally, the donuts were stale, more like a day old rather than freshly made. I knew that DD had started (buying) some of their donuts but these were really bad. How sad that DD can’t make their own donuts anymore…..this was the last time I’ll go to DD.

Defeats the entire purpose of an "on-the-go" order if the order is not ready when the customer arrives. Placed an on the go order allowed a 10-minute gap before I arrived. Once I arrived the order was not ready. I waited another 10 minutes and the order still had not even been started. 20 minutes and on the go order isn't even close to being out the door. I was late and never received my order. Once again that defeats the whole purpose of an on the go order. The location was obviously understaffed. Pay these people better so that folks will take the job and show up and do it well.
