They never answer the phone! Ridiculous

I went thru the drive thru and ordered my coffee. I got up to the window after checking my DD app and I saw there was an apple twist for $1. I asked if I could add it to my order and the employee had no issue with that at all. She was very friendly and the staff was quick with my order. I will come back when in that part of town.

I ordered a dozen of donuts an employee and a black shirt drop bags on the floor and did not throw them away she put them back and the holster they were in and was not wearing gloves that is cross-contamination maybe I should just contact the health department and file a complaint

MAGGOTS IN THE FOOD! I took a bite of my donut, looked at it and saw a maggot/worm hanging on to the end of it!!.. thats so disgusting this place need to have a health inspection!!!

This is by far my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts branch.

The first time I ate here was after spending 3 weeks lost in the desert. The search and rescue team stopped in here prior to taking me to the hospital.

Okay quality-wise, I know what I’m paying for at dunkin, that’s not the problem, but this location ALWAYS has one lady working opening and she is so rude. She’s taken my order probably about 2-3 other times but today she was talking to me extra sassy over the microphone and is rushing me. She doesn’t tell me my total so that I can have YOUR guys literal app up and ready to scan so I’m having to sit at the window and wait for her to tell me the total and THEN when she finally does, I tell her I’m sorry I need to reload the app real quick to pay and she, under her breath goes, “of course she’s not even ready” erm huh? So I said I would’ve been if you told me my total before I got up here. Anyways this is my first review ever because she just put me in a mood.
