Okay quality-wise, I know what I’m paying for at dunkin, that’s not the problem, but this location ALWAYS has one lady working opening and she is so rude. She’s taken my order probably about 2-3 other times but today she was talking to me extra sassy over the microphone and is rushing me. She doesn’t tell me my total so that I can have YOUR guys literal app up and ready to scan so I’m having to sit at the window and wait for her to tell me the total and THEN when she finally does, I tell her I’m sorry I need to reload the app real quick to pay and she, under her breath goes, “of course she’s not even ready” erm huh? So I said I would’ve been if you told me my total before I got up here. Anyways this is my first review ever because she just put me in a mood.

Employees were rude to each other and us, requested whip cream with drizzle on my drink and was told no, and our drinks were rushed and tasted bad.

Just got a half dozen donuts. Didn’t get what asked for in drive thru. Shame on me for not looking. And some of the donuts look to be 2 days old and smashed. Won’t be back

Ordered my food and waited for 15 minutes before asking them for an ETA. They said they didn’t know I had already ordered. I ordered again and the cashier just joked with her co-worker the whole time instead of listening to me. I ordered bacon avocado toast and they put two bacon bits on the toast.

Ordered on the app today at 8:50, got there at around 9:00 just to be told half of the donuts I wanted (strawberry with sprinkles and vanilla with sprinkles) they did not have, I then asked them to change it to chocolate with sprinkles and glaze just to be told there wasn’t enough(only got a dozen donuts)? Not sure how they did not have some of their most popular ones for breakfast…As well as I had a mobile order so you can prepare it before I even get there, right? Not sure I will go back to this location.

I’m constantly disappointed with my order. The last drink I got was passed off as a mocha latte but it was really milk and melted ice with a hint of chocolate and whisper of coffee- not sweet, barely any flavor. Unfortunately this is commonplace with this location. More often than not, the staff seems overwhelmed, and more than once I got to the window where they were loudly complaining to each other and couldn’t be bothered to say hello to me. Do better.

super short staffed but working very efficiently! the 3 on shift the morning of may the 9th approx. 7:30am deserve a raise! super friendly even through the chaos. great job guys thanks!

Standard Dunkin’ but I really appreciated that they let me sit inside and work on my laptop for over an hour! I did ask first and they said of course! I found a corner table with an electric plug in, hooked up to their free WiFi, and was able to work while I waited for my next appointment.Thank you!

Terrible service, extremely slow, especially the drive thru...they don't know how to hustle...will no longer be visiting this
