Standard Dunkin’ but I really appreciated that they let me sit inside and work on my laptop for over an hour! I did ask first and they said of course! I found a corner table with an electric plug in, hooked up to their free WiFi, and was able to work while I waited for my next appointment.Thank you!

Love this location. I go here very often for food on the way to work, at first it was just because it was one of the few places open at 4am, but now it’s because it’s always a good experience. Not only are they always super polite, which isn’t the easiest thing to do in the morning, they are always quick and accurate with getting me my order. I have never once been dissatisfied with going here. Thank you to the early morning crew that are always so amazing!

I find it funny when the place is empty and I ask on sizing of drinks they were quick to say a small was 16oz. Then I receive a 12 oz. I’d think since not busy they could explain that small COLD drinks are 16oz and hot is smaller.. 12 oz.. I would have gotten a bigger size. Their loss.

I love dunkin and go there all the time. I am not sure if they hired new people recently or what but the last three visits my coffee tasted like water. It is also almost clear in color. I got a black iced coffee twice and a midnight hot coffee once. I told the lady working my ice coffee tasted like water she was very nice and gave me a new one but it was even worse. I’m a not sure what is going on. My brother tasted the coffee and thought I ordered an ice tea! I hope they can fix the issue soon. I love going to dunkin for my coffee.

Food is so bad. Drinks are even worse. People swear by it but every time I get a drink it tastes artificial and syrupy. I even get drinks on the menu already. The hashbrows were burnt and donuts taste stale. I even went in the morning. I'm done giving them chances. I'll go somewhere else.

I went to Dunkin today to grab myself and my daughter breakfast before I dropped her off at school. We realized shortly after leaving the drive thru they forgot my bagel- no big deal, my daughter ran in for me. After several mins, I go in wondering what's going on and I'm told they're making my bagel. A few more minutes go by and a girl says "have you started that bagel?" At this point I'm done. I tell them I want a refund for the entire thing. Instead of apologizing, Miss Claudia gives me attitude and tells me I need to get my receipt, so I grab it from my car. She tries to only refund me for the $3 bagel, after inconveniencing me for over 20 minutes. She then told me I needed to go to my car (again) and bring back all the stuff or she wouldn't refund me (my daughter had already been drinking her cololatta and eating her donut holes) and then stood there and stared at me, refusing to refund until I did. Pictured below is the returned stuff, apparently Claudia thinks it's okay to resell things that have already been handled by a customer. Claudia, you don't belong in customer service and some of us have REAL jobs we need to get to.

I come in pretty often before I have to go to work. I know sometimes the service can be slow, but when I come in there aren’t many people on shift and I can tell they are doing the best they can. Coffee always tastes great. I am always served very very well by Makayla, one of the employees.

I ordered 25 munchkins. They didn't have chocolate. They didn't tell me until I got to the drive through and they handed it to me and I couldn't get a refund. I wouldn't have gotten them if I couldn't get chocolate munchkins. The only flavors they have are glazed, blueberry and powdered. It's 11.

Use to be a good place to get coffee on the way to work. They remodeled and all new staff. Service isn't what it use to be and they never get my order right. I always use the app so there is no issues as it prints out exactly what u ordered, but they still mess it up every time.

We are super disappointed with the flavor, quality, & freshness of the donuts we ordered from Dunkin DONUTS. The donuts were dry, had very little filling/frosting (which contributed to the overall dryness) & these were actually like “day-old” donuts or donuts you’d expect to get at a mini-mart or supermarket. Definitely not what one would expect from a donut shop early, early first thing in the morning after opening on a Saturday!We cannot recommend?
