Donuts were bad, dry and old, service was as slow as could possibly be.

Very sad.... I looooove dunkin', but all of my experiences at this specific location have been very disappointing. I went today, and j ordered a vanilla creme donut, usually delicious. I watched her grab the smallest one off of the tray, and it looked super flat. (almost like someone had sat on it) when I actually ate the donut, it was super dry and tasted like it had been sitting out a long time. Overall, it was very disappointing.

zero stars really, they are never consistent hence why i just had to say it today. i threw my entire order out because i knew trying to go in would cost me more time and energy than they are worth. woody was the only thing that kept me trying to come back and it been years, but since then….terrible management and i have the horror stories to back them! i have witnessed AS A CUSTOMER how they treat their staff cruelly yet obvious they don’t like them. it’s definitely a very hostile or bullying friendly environment. and that behavior also makes it way to customers, that’s why i had to stop coming in store and stick to the drive thru. if it’s not careless teens working it you get the lady (shena/selena/shela?)who taught them to be lackluster. sure you can have one or two stellar employees but at the end of the day this place is just a snake eating itself.

Went in, the girl with the black and red hair makes the worst drinks. Someone please train her. The picture below is supposed to be a Carmel Latte with an Add shot. It sucks because if I order when she is there my drink sucks. If she isn’t working my drinks are great. Retrain her. Not to mention just dropping the drinks on the counter and walking away.

I normally don’t post reviews but this is by far the worst dunkin I’ve been too. Our “warmed” breakfast wraps were cold, our drink order got messed up once, then we complained, and proceeded to get messed up again. It seemed no one knew what was going on.

Fast service on most days. Food is usually burnt. Coffee tastes terrible but the energy drink and donuts are good.

Please actually be prepared to take orders and assist your customers don’t come on the damn intercom laughing oh I’m sorry about that wait after 5 minutes of waiting and saying hello after you already started taking my order then went silent …. THEN not even have my proper change to give me back regardless if it’s just three damn pennies have your employees set up for success and not failure please and thanks

I love this location for the friendly staff. I went in to the store one day and asked if it was possible they make my hash browns and bacon in a clean pan to avoid cross contamination from the delicious gluten they serve. Not only did they acquiesce, they were super nice about it! One of the employees even confessed they also live with a severe allergy and it made me feel like less of a cumbersome customer. I am always willing to wait for people & companies who go the extra mile to ensure I can safely eat their products. To top off the amazing customer service, the hash browns and snacking bacon don't get me sick when I go in and wait for my special (gluten free) order. I pass up a few other Dunkin locations just to come to this one because the staff are so sweet and careful with my food and drinks. ALWAYS ask your location about their prep practices and please be patient with the staff when requesting special orders that take time. They still have to service their drive through as well as delivery orders. I make sure I have the extra time before going in. You shouldn't rush safety. I'm very pleased with Dunkin's delicious offerings but the staff make it the reason I keep coming back.

Customer service is great but the last several coffees had so much cream i could barely taste coffee. Today I asked for half the cream and it still tasted like cream.
Also for only a cple food options for gluten free customers sad you always seem to be out of the egg pieces.

I used to live by this Dunkin and frequent it often. I stopped by to dine inside today and if it wouldn’t have been for my kids wanting to eat I would have walked right out. The place is filthy. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and paper towels, the toilet lid was up and there was hairs, dried urine and feces splattered all over and dripping down the bowl onto the floor. The floors throughout look like they haven’t seen a mop or cleaner in months, the case the donuts were in had crumbs and fallen donuts. This place is horrendous….. someone needs to get in there and clean it ASAP.

Gabby is such an amazing worker! She always makes sure my mobile order is ready to go and she always has a great attitude in the morning. It definitely makes my day start better when she greets me because she is just so happy and uplifting! I’ve been to other Dunkin’ where they’re a little rough in the morning but Gabby knows customer service !

Every year we order donuts for our kid's birthdays which are brought to school for all the classmates to enjoy. 3 dozen donuts each box filled with 6 strawberry and 6 vanilla sprinkled. I didn't check the box this morning as it was bagged and ready to go for me at 7AM. I placed the order on Wednesday. My daughter came home and opened the box which had an assortment of all the donuts you see behind the glass at the front counter. Why do you allow placed orders when you will do what you want anyways? We'll go elsewhere from now on.

This is our nearby neighborhood dunkin and it isn't even enjoyable anymore. Every time we go, we wait 10-15 minutes for our food while workers are in the back laughing with each-other, swearing, and on their phones. After we are sitting for over 15-20 minutes we ask if our food is still being made and they proceed to ask us what we ordered (after taking our order) and we have to retell them and they take at-least 15 minutes to make one singular bagel. They end up always forgetting to make the items and you will have to ask else they will forget. There is never anything available and they are always out food, utensils, straws, even in the morning. Your food will either be not cooked, or completely burnt and hard…. no in between. You probably wont even get what you asked for.
