Pretty much out of donuts by 9 AM. They have discontinued the best donut they had, toasted coconut.

Donuts are never fresh, they are not cooked onsite, they taste like supermarket donuts. Take a taste test and try BOSA donuts, there are the best.

What in the friendliness is going on here? While we were on vacation, I was so excited to see a Dunkin' Donuts since our small town in Utah doesn't have one. We stopped by for a coffee, breakfast sandwich, and a small box of munchkins. Not only was it all delicious, but the drive-through service was so friendly. Thanks for the great service, you made our vacation exceptional! 😀

This dunkin location is what keeps me going some days. Even when I am in the depths of despair, they have always found a way to make my days better with their amazing customer service & slay coffee. They have been there for me through life’s most non-slay moments. On days when I didn’t know how I was going to get through the day with my 2 children, they welcomed us with open arms and sprinkled donuts. Through rainy days, technology malfunctions, even life malfunctions, this dunkin location will forever have my heart.

The frosted donuts are so sweet you can get a cavity just by biting into it. No other dunkin glazes there donuts before frosting them if I wanted a glazed donut I would have bought a glazed donut not a frosted one.

Walked in late afternoon. Every table was dirty. All staff were in the back and only came around when the door rang. At one point the entire staff went outside and I was left alone in the building. Really poor.

I frequently go to this location as it is on my work route. The staff is always nice and quick, the morning manager is very nice. The donuts always taste good and fresh! My coffee/drinks are always on point too. I like this location

My avocado toast didn't seem to be toasted, but the amount of avocado sort of made up for that. The coffee was horrendous. I asked for an extra light, and it definitely was not. I ended up having to add sugar just to barely drink it. I'll I'm sure that's just my taste, of course.

Avoid this place!! We were here on a Sunday on September 7 at 10:15am and had ordered coffee, a dragonfruit refresher, donuts, and a breakfast sandwich. The girl behind the counter, Kaitlyn, took our order. We received the food but no drinks. Order placed at ~10:15. When I went to the counter to stand in line to get someone to help, I saw the associate even look my direction at me several times. There was another customer in front of me who had 4 orders to place, so by the time I got to the counter to explain, I just asked for a refund. It was over 20 minutes later at 10:36 by the time the refund occurred. The manager who was at her register had just assisted the prior customer. When I explained what happened and that I wanted a refund, he did not apologize or make any attempt at even attempting to make the situation better or express any kind of remorse for what happened. Kaitlyn, you and your manager should be proud, I'm also emailing corporate about the experience. You had better hope your manager is the same manager who follows you for life because both of you have no customer service skills!! This is not acceptable for a business that already charges higher prices during a time of inflation and poor consumer confidence.

Dunkin’ needs to shut this location down and restructure it. Bring in a quality team that can handle high volume. You have a bunch of teenagers trying their best with zero leadership! The drive thru line takes forever. The staff doesn’t know how to make drinks, and they dont know how to count or assist customers with questions. When you walk into the store you are not acknowledged there is no urgency and all the employees look absolutely lost! @dunkindoughnut corporate you need to restructure the business model for this store. It’s a shame there is no other doughnut/coffee shop in the vicinity of this area, if there was this Dunkin would be out of business!

Donuts were bad, dry and old, service was as slow as could possibly be.
Very sad.... I looooove dunkin', but all of my experiences at this specific location have been very disappointing. I went today, and j ordered a vanilla creme donut, usually delicious. I watched her grab the smallest one off of the tray, and it looked super flat. (almost like someone had sat on it) when I actually ate the donut, it was super dry and tasted like it had been sitting out a long time. Overall, it was very disappointing.

zero stars really, they are never consistent hence why i just had to say it today. i threw my entire order out because i knew trying to go in would cost me more time and energy than they are worth. woody was the only thing that kept me trying to come back and it been years, but since then….terrible management and i have the horror stories to back them! i have witnessed AS A CUSTOMER how they treat their staff cruelly yet obvious they don’t like them. it’s definitely a very hostile or bullying friendly environment. and that behavior also makes it way to customers, that’s why i had to stop coming in store and stick to the drive thru. if it’s not careless teens working it you get the lady (shena/selena/shela?)who taught them to be lackluster. sure you can have one or two stellar employees but at the end of the day this place is just a snake eating itself.
